Good area very clean great service

I loved my room. Everything was so comfortable - the shower, the bed and luscious pillows, the chair at the desk and couch! I really enjoyed your staff. Jasmine was my first point of contact and my last when I checked out at 6:45 a.m. on Sunday the 22nd. She had a big welcoming smile and greeting as well as when I departed. She made sure my stay was perfect, and I appreciated that! I would like to make a comment to the ownership. I noticed a few different times coming down to the check-in desk, that the staff did not have a stool to lean or sit on. I can only imagine how hard that is to stand on your legs for any length on time without taking a "load" off from time to time. I do not think that is very proactive for your clerk. I think if I saw a stool of some type, it would make me feel better knowing that the clerk was not meant to stand for long periods of time. I judge dogs, and it is really hard on one to stand for long periods of time without a break, or just to lean against something for a short period of a time. Just an honest opinion that I hope you will address, as I plan to come back next month.

Room was very spacious and clean. I stayed in a room with a walk in shower, but there were no grab bars in the shower, which there should be. Breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly. Would probably stay here again on my next visit. Very safe location.

We arrived about 12:15 a.m. Tuesday, September 17. (3:15 our time back home). Took a while to get checked in. Got to room, and the keys did not work. Went back to the front desk but nobody was around. About five minutes later the young man who check us in came back. Was given keys to another room and they worked this time. Got into the room about 12:30 a.m. Called the front desk and asked for our wake-up cal to be transferred to our new room. Never received it the next. morning. Stayed there four nights. Everything was fine except the keys once again did not work the final night. And no, I did not have them near a cell phone.

The room was nice and big with comfortable beds and pillows. We had plenty of space to move around and sleep comfortably for the whole family. As expected, the Holiday Inn breakfast doesn't disappoint and the breakfast here was delicious and filling with something for everyone.

I did not stay in one of your rooms, I used your conference room for a memorial service reception. There were no problems with arrangements or setup and all our guests were impressed with the facility. I would definitely use your facility again and recommend it to others looking for a place to hold an event. Thank you Erika and David.

Clean room, great pillows, friendly staff and excellent breakfast choices. We booked at the last minute and were happy there was a room available. Parking was easy even though there was construction in the area. We will be returning to Lodi in the future and plan on staying at this Holiday Inn Express

We stay here when visiting family and friends in Lodi. The front desk staff are very friendly and efficient. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is great. We will definitely stay at this Holiday Inn Express in the future.

The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent! (Warm cinnamon rolls!) Even better was the customer service at the front desk. Both Elizabeth and Jasmine went far beyond expectations to take care of us. Employees like the two of them are rare in today's world. Well done, Holiday Inn!

Nice comfortable rooms and the hotel was super clean. Desk people were all so friendly and helpful. Convenient to Hwy 99 and only an hour from SMF airport. Plenty of restaurants and shopping for downtime. This is the hotel for me in the Lodi area!

Very comfy, nice staff, close to freeway and food. Reasonable prices even if using points. Remind them if you are a platinum member or above. Would stay here again in the future. A good place to stay if you need to travel to nearby cities but want to be a bit away.

The carpets need to be shampooed. Walking on carpet into the bathroom on a damp floor or into the shower, left muddy footprints. Not Good! Everything else with our stay was good. Friendly staff when checking in. I couldn’t find anyone to check out, so I hope they email my receipt.

I travel quite a bit to Norther California, have stayed in a few hotels and this was the best experience I've had by far. A young lady by the name of Seryna that was working the front desk was absolutely wonderful. Great attitude, energy, and overall personality. Like i mentioned before, I've stayed in quite a few hotels, and none come close to the great customer experience Seryna provided. Hope she gets a promotion soon! Thank You!
