The person who checked us in did not welcome us or smile. ******* did not state there would be a deposit. The pool was cold!

Hotel is not very old, but already needs work. Doesn’t have a hot tub and breakfast ends at 9:00am. Don’t plan on staying here again.

The pool is inside and FREEZING! It was 100 degrees out and the pool was still cold because it was inside. I wish it was disclosed that it is not a heated pool. They "ran out" of towels. We asked for them in the evening and she said they would bring us some, in the morning we called and she said that there may be towels ar 11 am ( which does not help when we are supposed to check out by 11) my husband went down to talk to them and they begrudgingly said they can go check the storage on the 2nd floor and miraculously found towels. We wont stay here again.

The hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good too! Next time I’m in the area I would definitely stay in this hotel again!

Stay was great. Staff was friendly. The bathroom needed an exhaust fan. Its a sauna in there with no air circulation.

From check in to check out.Everything was perfect.our room was a perfect for four adults big and much better then expected.staff was the best. Friendly, professional,and most accommodating.the price was less then other accomodations in the area. Five stars and add 5 more stars

The nicest front desk assistant Elizabeth!!!!
We arrived to find we were assigned a room on the second of three floors. We immediately found our room to be Totally unacceptable. There was a boys high school group staying there who were So Noisy. Elizabeth at the front desk Rescued us by upgrading us to a suite. She knew we would never get any sleep on the second floor and without being asked we were upgraded to the third floor.
