Hotel is inderdaad iets gedateerd, maar wel schoon en goed verzorgd. Ook het diner en de ontbijten waren prima in orde. We hebben een fiets gehuurd, ook prima in orde. Kortom, voor ons een geslaagd lang weekend.

Beetje gedateerd hotel, in een mooie omgeving. Kamer wel netjes, maar badkamer daarin tegen lange tijd slecht schoongemaakt Douche vieze zwarte schimmel. Ook is de badkamer erg krap. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt royaal en lekker.

De beoordeling gaat over het restaurant, niet het hotel! De Fletcherburger. Aangeboden voor 18,50€: 100% rundvlees. Op de kaart: "ook vegetarisch" - ehh? Als Fletcher zijn naam geeft aan een burger verwacht je een paradepaardje. Al zouden ze er op verliezen, dan nóg zou de Fletcherburger erbovenuit moet steken. We kwamen van een koude kermis thuis! De burger lijkt gemaakt van separatorvlees: er is geen structuur te bekennen. Bij doorsnijden zie je witte 'wormpjes' uitsteken: adertjes, zeentjes? Ja, het mág, separatorvlees - maar móet het ook? De smaak is op zich niet slecht, maar van een burger-met-Fletchernaam verwacht je echt iets anders. De bediening had dit nog niet eerder gehoord, maar zou het doorgeven. De dag erna aten we bij een restaurant in de buurt. Geen burger, maar een wildvleesgerecht. We waren 2€ pp meer kwijt. Maar wat een verschil in smaak, kwaliteit en presentatie!

Super vriendelijk personeel! Gastvrijheid zeer goed. Verder een vers en ruim voorzien ontbijt. Kamers schoon, gemoderniseerd en prima in orde (216) , met uitzicht en tevens zeer rustig. Wel gehorig door mensen op de gang of klapperende kamerdeuren.
