Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen! See ist eine Strassenüberquerung entfernt und in 8 Min Binder Piazza grande entfernt. Haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Beim Check In meldet uns die freundliche Mitarbeiterin ein Upgrade Zimmer mit Seesicht, da das von gebuchte Zimmer nicht mehr zu Verfügung stand. Zimmer gross und sauber, mit Tisch und Stühle, innen sowie aussen. Sohn war müde vom Wandern und durfte sein vom Hotelrestaurant zubereiteter Hamburger mit frischen Pommes im Zimmer geniessen. Das Bettsofa war komfortabel gross, das Bett selbst sehr bequem. Vielfältiges Interkontinentales Frühstück. Dank des milden Wetters sassen wir draussen. We stayed here for 4 nights arriving from Zermatt. We felt comfortable from the moment we got picked up at the station. Our room overlooked the lake with a spacious balcony. The hotel service is impeccable and in these unprecedented times we found the hotel clean and prepared. We enjoyed the BBQ on Swiss National Day! It had a nice feel with live music sitting out on the terrace our 6 year old son was looked after and we’d like to thank all the staff for a wonderful time. We have been to Locarno a few times but this was our first at this hotel and certainly won’t be our last.
