This place is very warm, in a beautiful setting and close to Locarno and Ascona. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious and complete. A wonderful place for a romantic stay. I highly recommend it.

Franchement une magnifique surprise. Parfois certains hôtel mettent des photos superbes et une fois sur place on retrouve pas cette même atmosphère et qualité. Dans le cas de l’hôtel Elena Garni, c’était complètement différent. La chambre superbe, propre, avec une belle salle de bains. Le cadre calme et agréable. J’y suis allée pour affaire , j’ai croisé des couples et des familles, c’est vraiment un hôtel ouvert à tous. Merci encore pour l’excellent accueil.

Unsere Ankunft war alles andere wie freundlich. Wir wurden weder Begrüsst noch Empfangen. Da wir am morgen schon vor Ort waren,wurden wir sehr abrupt weggeschickt, so dass wir am liebsten wieder abgereist wären. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber,wie auch die Zimmer. Frühstück war ok, jedoch der Frühstücksraum ist wie in einem Heim ( konnten nicht nach draussen (Wetter)
