Everything was pleasant in the apartment hotel. Very good and quiet location in old town, close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Very clean apartment and the kitchen was well equipped. Really amazing and kind hosts, and if you want breakfast, there is a breakfast and lunch café situated in the apartment complex. Very convenient.

What an amazing place! We stayed for a week and loved this apartment so much. It felt like a little oasis inside. Perfect location! Laundry facility inside! The coffee shop/cafe downstairs was great, we went every day! The hosts are spectacular! Highly recommend!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Barbara und Urs Schmid hat uns sehr gut gefallen: - die unkomplizierte telefonische Buchung mit allen Informationen - der persönliche und freundliche Empfang und die Erklärungen zum Appartement, zur Stadt, zu den Möglichkeiten (Restaurants, Einkauf usw.) - die sehr stilvolle, liebevolle, wertige und individuelle Einrichtung des Appartments und des Aufenthaltsbereichs auf Balkon und Innenhof, ein ganz besonderer Charme und eine südliche Atmosphäre, die allein schon ein tolles Urlaubsgefühl schafft. - die zentrale Lage der Ferienwohnung, von der aus alles Wesentliche zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

Das Appartement Nr. 18 im Dachgeschoss ist über einige Treppen erreichbar und gegen den schönen, ruhigen Innenhof gelegen. Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, die Wohnküche und das Badezimmer sind bestens ausgestattet. Alle Räume sind praktisch neu und sehr sauber. Sehr gute Matratzen, angenehm weiche Kopfkissen, perfekte Leselampen und genug Stauraum überraschen im geschmackvollen Schlafzimmer. Vor dem Appartement befindet sich eine Veranda mit Blick auf den schönen Innenhof mit Palmen und blühenden Pflanzen. Barbara und Urs sind sehr sympathische Gastgeber und helfen gerne mit guten Empfehlungen für einen perfekten Aufenthalt.

Sehr gute Lage und ruhig. Nähe zu Bahnhof und ÖV und auch Parking. Freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr sauberes Appartement mit kleiner, gut eingerichteter Küche. In der Nähe auch sehr gute Bäckerei und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Allerlei Geschäfte.

Séjour parfait. Très bon accueil de Urs et Barbara. Charmant ancien bâtiment avec sa cour intérieure. Logement agréable et ďune propreté totalement irréprochable. Le petit plus : le sympathique café accessible directement depuis la cour de la résidence. Nous reviendrons ça ne fait pas de doute

Die Residenza Motta liegt in der Altstadt von Locarno. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr gut und praktisch ausgestattet. Sie sind sehr ruhig in einen schönen Innenhof ausgerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

Wir können die bereits sehr guten Rezessionen nur bestätigen. Der Besuch in Locarno über den Jahreswechsel war ein tolles Erlebnis. Die Wohnung in der Residenza Motta war 1A. Sehr sauber, ruhig und doch sehr zentral in der Altstatt. Auch die Wohnungs-Eigentümer, Herr und Frau waren sehr nett, hilfbereit und zuvorkommend. Nochmals herzlichen Dank für die wunderschönen Tage in der Residenza Motta. Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei der Familie Schmid nur empfehlen. Toni u. Judith
