We really enjoyed our stay in Loano. Clean swimming pools, jacuzzi bath included.

The breakfast is not diverse and does not take into account the eating habits of Asians. In addition, the room was not cleaned carefully and the wet bath towels were not changed. The sports ground is relatively far away, and the projects are not suitable for very young children. The store opening hours are also short and the items are few.

Cozy structure with many services; excellent buffet for breakfast. Too bad for the position far from the sea even if the structure offers a shuttle service which should be strengthened also covering the evening band. Overall positive experience.

My family and I had a great stay at Loano. It is too bad that it had to end lol! The staff is very, very nice. They will do everything to help you and make your stay enjoyable. They smile, recognize people's faces. That I find very refreshing, especially when you live in a country where they don't do that a lot. At first, there were, I think, interns at the reception. They did not understand that we had already paid for some extra-services, and it was a bit of a confusing moment. But once the long-term employees took over, it was all right. Notheless, I'd suggest to Loano2village to register well what your guests booked for and give them all the info needed at check-in. It is not too nice for them to return to you all the time, and remind you that they paid for this and have not receive it yet. For example: everyday-cleaning-of-their-rooms, that they had paid for or their beach vouchers etc.. Just like some comments had mentioned it on Tripadvisor, the door handle did come out on the first night; the shower cabin is a bit small. But we are a laid-back family. That did not really bother us. It won't ruin your stay. The room is given with everything (no need for you to travel with pans_see picture). If you pay for it, your room/ apartment is also equipped with a baby bed (crib), a bottle warmer, a changing mattress, and a little bathtubub for babies/toddlers. I was a bit bothered by the sofa-bed. It is made for two people but those two people cannot sleep next to each other. It is a bit like a bed up and a bed down (see picture). But that's me (I sleep with my baby when she has troubles sleeping). The rooms also come with wardrobes and cabinets, which make it easy to store away your belongings). You also have a microwave, a fridge (if you paid for it_I think), an ironing board and things to clean. So it almost feel as if you are at home. But home with a little bit of more freedom😊. You feel at ease!!!! I have to add that I did not hear my neighbors, except the ones above, rarely. The site is not located right at the beach. But the beach is really not far. We chose to go with the car. It took us 5 mns and it is more or less easy to find where to park. Taking the car was a better option for us when it came to transporting everything, beach toys included. But you can also go on foot or with the hotel's shuttle. The pool area is big, with a children-pool on one side, older children-pool on another and the adult one. There is even an interior pool. The food is just AMAZING. Except for breakfast, dinner is everyday different. It was NOT cantine food as some comments made beleive. They really put an effort into it. And it is really worth it. I'd suggest tough to the hotel to add pancakes/crepes maybe for breakfast, some breadspreads like nutella too would be good...If I may add, make breakfast a little longer, maybe till 10:30. We had a nice stay. Our room was freshly renovated wirh a new bed sofa in the living room. It was clean. Staff is very friendly. The equipo animazione era super gentile con un programma per tutto la famiglia. Ankmation was very nice, the whole family was entertained.

Type of Stay: holiday with a friend Type of accommodation: small appartment with breakfast Dates: 01-09-2022 - 15-09-2022 Let me start with a huge and well deserved compliment to all the staff at Loano 2 Village who made us feel more than welcome during the entire stay and were very friendly at all times. I really feel sad that i feel compelled to write a less than favourable review for this holiday resort. I think it is important to know exactly what you get for your hard earned money, even more so during these more expensive times. Let me start with the online pictures of the resort. The actual resort looked nothing like the pictures that are placed online. Yes the buildings and the facilities were all there but imagine them with a less favourable filter. The whole resort looks like it could do with a serious make-over and not just a touch of paint here and there. All public areas are very clean. Everything looks very tidy but at the same time very outdated and not up to 4-star standards, The same goes for the appartments which are clean and fully equiped but in no way make you feel excited, The refridgerator in our appartment made so much noise that we had to switch it off at night just to be able to sleep. The elevator was very small and felt potentially unsafe and should not be used by more than one person ever, If you book an appartment please note that a change of bedding and towels and the cleaning of the appartment during your stay by the staf is not included in the service. Guests are expected to collect new bedding and towels from the on site launderette on designated days and timeslots. This service should absolutely be included for the price you pay. The food, in our case mainly the breakfast, was really not that great with the exception of the pizzeria which unfortunately closed for the season just a few days into our holiday. It was possible to book a rather expensive buffet at the on site restaurant in advance, but based on the breakfast and the menu's displayed in the foyer we opted for the local cuisine in Loano instead. Now it is important to mention the fact that it is a family resort. Important because it really is a great place for families with small children. Children will have a great time there guaranteed. The staff really does a great job at keeping the children entertained. And when the children are happy most parents are happy and willing to turn a blind eye to the higher costs, the lack of service and the overall look and feel of the place. Like i mentioned before i feel sorry for the staff but based on our recent stay i can not recommend this place especially not at this price point.

The bad: No water slides The food is not really good. It’s industrial food made to feed the mass and obviously not the best quality. It’s also boring and never changes. Seriously, I would even suggest you only get the bed and breakfast and eat elsewhere. Everything is wrong about the food. Even the way they serve it, it looks like a buffet but you are served and cannot help yourself. They will tell you it’s about this covid-thing but you still might get it whilst waiting in the long queue to get served. The wine does not meet the italian wine standards. It’s sugary and watery. Proper Italian would never drink it. Rooms have no Woaaaw effect, they look oldish like the whole hotel and facilities As usual in hotels, wifi is terrible and 4G is badly covered I don’t know what kind of chemicals they put in the pool but at some point your white clothes will turn green. The good: Sunbeds are yours for the entire stay. They are private, reserved and always free for you regardless at what time you arrive at the pool. And so goes for your table at lunch and dinner. You’re always assigned the same. 3 pools that are suitable for all age children. Aircon works great Rooms are well cleaned every day I would call it good value for money considered I paid 1500 euros, full board, 1 week, 1 adult 2 children. But you know the drill: You get what you pay for :-)

The hotel is well organised and staff was very helpful. Some hotel buildings and room were a little dated but everything was comfortable and clean at the same time. The entertainment team and restaurant available in the complex have made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. Nice attractions and fun activities around the complex.

We had a wonderful stay at Loano 2 Village. This was our second stay in four years. All that impressed us 4 years ago remained, and more was added to it. We saw many of the same members of staff from the last stay, which just shows that the resort is managed properly. The staff are exceptionally warm and professional. The service is of very high standard. The accommodation is very comfortable and pleasant. The setting of the resort is excellent, sandwiched between the sea, lovely Loano, and the mountains, with spectacular views. The facilities, the gardens, the spacious pools, the playground are all very well-kept. We had the half board option. The food was delicious, plentiful, varied, and of high standard. Wine, juices and water were included. The poolside bar is an excellent value for money, and serves superb lunches, drinks and snacks. There’s plenty to do in the region. From spectacular caves, to miles and miles of beautiful and safe seaside cycling routes, to trekking and mountain biking. The coast is dotted with many beautiful villages and towns to visit. We highly recommend Loano 2 Village!

Ottima struttura in collina, un po' lontana dal mare ma proprio per questo motivo molto adatta a chi cerca tranquillità. Ogni cosa nel villaggio è organizzata alla perfezione e tutto il personale è molto qualificato,dai receptionists molto cordiali alle signore delle pulizie bravissime. La sala ristorante è molto bella ed elegante, camerieri e addetti ai buffet di un estrema gentilezza, la cucina davvero ottima con torte deliziose sia a pranzo che a cena. Nella formula in pensione completa avevamo incluso vino rosso, bianco o rosato e acqua naturale e frizzante. Le piscine pulitissime e un ottimo servizio ombrelloni da parte dei bagnini. E infine ma non per ultima la chicca di questo villaggio :l'animazione per grandi e piccini con ragazzi veramente in gamba, entusiasti del loro lavoro e capaci di trasmettere allegria. Mini club molto attivo con baby dance serale in compagnia della mascotte il polipotto, due spettacoli Serali molto belli nel anfiteatro sotterraneo e varie attività durante la giornata. Per raggiungere l'eccellenza in questo villaggio ci vorrebbe una bella spa, riservata solo agli adulti da poter utilizzare sopratutto in caso di maltempo. Comunque si potrebbe pensare di riscaldare la piscina interna già esistente e sarebbe già un bella cosa. Peccato avessimo a disposizione solo 4 giorni, ci saremmo fermati volentieri ancora qualche giorno perché è un posto dove si sta proprio bene. Arrivederci loano 2!!
