In July and August , it is impossible to sleep using compulsory cash balls to alleviate the cry , the laughs , the screams , the songs , the doors that cling constantly in the halls of the hotel until some of the entrances are displaced they and all this at any time of the day and especially the night , introduction of foreigners to the hotel to make cowboy , obliged to leave it without finishing our stay and of course no refunds , nor night or parking , a good advice you will spend your holiday elsewhere in summer

Overall it was a good stay. Good location of the hotel, the beach and the city center are not far away, you can do almost everything on foot for the more sporty like me. Food not bad but not much choice. The services offered such as the spa and swimming pool are great for taking a break from a day full of sightseeing. Room very good except small downside the very dusty floor I could not be comfortable and barefoot in my room. Otherwise thank you for the welcome of the hostesses, very kind cleaning lady!

First the positives, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was really good. The outdoor spaces were beautiful. We didn't keep the air conditioning on because the system was old-fashioned, the machine made a really loud noise and the blowing was quite strong. However, the biggest minus was that the gym's age limit was 18. I would recommend setting it to, for example, 14 because young people are keen exercisers. Likewise, the spa was a disappointment because the children couldn't get there. It was also a surprise that the hardest sunbathing spot was forbidden to children. If you don't want families with children in your hotel, it would be good to let them know.

August 2022. In memory of Algria Santa Cristina (the full name of this hotel before the transfer of property) booked it again. So the differences: the concept changed towards youth holiday. In practical terms, it is an organization on the roof and a true floor instead of a fitness room and a sunbathing area for the bar. Accordingly, the back floor became much more noisy at evening time. The kitchen was a little simplified. There was a deposit (though, since the UnionPay card was not accepted, we did not pay it). Other advantages: location, purity, service, convenience.

Well, let me put it this way: the rooms are a bit dated. Breakfast was as if you were at the main train station and on a battlefield at the same time. All in all, it was OK for a few days, but I definitely wouldn't want to stay there any longer.
