Stayed 1 night in this beautiful hotel. Stunning location, quiet peaceful setting, very relaxing. Drive up the 3km dirt track through the pine forest was delightful - just drive carefully ! Whilst the room decor was a little underwhelming ( please replace the awful Ikea style wardrobes) the room was clean and spacious, bed very comfy and view from the window down to the coast was beautiful. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. We ate in the restaurant and had a fabulous meal, far exceeded expectations - the food was delicious and plentiful. We were delighted with the jazz singer who performs every Thursday. She sang beautifully and created a wonderful ambience. Breakfast on the terrace with far reaching views was excellent. The pool area is beautiful with the hotel creating a stunning backdrop. We found all the staff friendly and welcoming and will definitely visit again.

Once you get pass the road (forestry preserve dirt road), you will be AMAZED at the gorgeous surroundings. I can only say that our stay was SPECTACULAR! From the wonderful staff, spotless accommodations, quiet serenity, and great cuisine, you cannot choose a more wonderful experience. Although a bit out of town (5 mins), it is easy to get a taxi to town for the hubbub of the downtown. We traveled Spain, Andorra, and southern France and this was our most memorable stay.

I can definitely recommend this hotel! Beautiful view, clean hotel, very nice staff, good restaurant, very good breakfast,big rooms, good hiking paths and comfortable outside areas. If you are looking for a good wedding location, this hotel would be it😃

The hotel itself its very nice . But... Staff are overworked so they can't look after you unfortunately ... Regardless of the language you speak some very important information is not given to you. In our room- terrace with jacuzzi- the jacuzzi will was missing, was covered a long time ago with wood. The toilet is 1 m away from your head- in the bed. The pool area can get very dirty as nobody picks up the bottles/ towels left behind by guests. The breakfast is quite limited and felt very unwelcomed. In the spa area you need to pre book even the use of hottub and sauna and pay extra. I understand treatments! No wonder was empty. A lot of hit and miss...that can be easily sorted! I would not go back.

Thoroughly disappointed with my stay. The staff was not only rude but also painfully slow in their service. The location is in the middle of nowhere, making it inconvenient to explore other places. The overarching vibe? Unless you're willing to continuously pay up, you're not welcome. Will not be returning.

The scenery is great including the restaurant, spa and swimming pool. The rooms are underwhelming and definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel. It is not well maintained and needs a renovation. Staff and service of the hotel is minimal. Restaurant service and quality of food was very good.

Excellent hotel, spacious clean rooms, awesome breakfast and great service. Only 18 rooms located on 3 floors, big swimming pool and cosy SPA with sauna and indoor swimming pool. Unforgettable experience. Highly recommended.

AVOID! This is hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had, this is in no way a 5 star hotel, I would say more like 3 stars. The place is dirty, the sink and shower in the room were broken and the service was by far the worst part. On our last day we complained and told the hotel about our awful experience in which they told us they would give us a free massage( which was very nice the lady was lovely) and a free lunch, however we never received the free lunch promised and had to pay after we had eaten We then asked the lady to book us a taxi for 5pm as we had a bus to catch and she said she would. We arrived at 5pm and no taxi had been booked for us and she was avoiding us sitting in the back room while leaving another man to deal with this. We had to wait 45 minutes for a taxi and missed our bus back to Barcelona leaving us having to pay for another bus ticket, waiting for two hours in the bus station and missing our plans in Barcelona for the night. If you are used to staying in 5 star hotels you will not be happy with the service or amenities at this establishment. DISGRACE

Es un hotel pequeño, apartado del centro de Lloret. El acceso es sin asfaltar. Las habitaciones son grandes, cómodos y se duerme fantástico. La comida servida y el desayuno son sabrosas y de calidad alta. Wifi cobertura móvil son deficiente. Lo que sí me ha molestado mucho es la colonia de gatos salvajes, por temas de higiene y también alergias no es aceptable en un hotel.
