An incredible place to stay. 15min walk from the beach, hourly shuttle bus alongside this. The main pool has a life guard.

Stayed with my family of 2 adults 4 children and it was not what we expected. There was no cleaning, no change of towels apart from once per week, no change bedding, no toilet rolls when u run out, and we all got eaten by mosquitos, no air con just ceiling fans. Evening entertainment wasn't great. Nothing around unless u get there shuttle bus but that finishes at 6pm. The only good thing was the little kids loved the water slides.

Just returned from 9 nights at Els Llorers apartments and what a wonderful time we have had. We stayed in a 2 bed deluxe, the apartment was joined next to reception. We were a family of 5 with 3 teenage girls and we all had plenty of room, 2 big bedrooms, one with a double, one with a twin and me and my partner slept on the pull out bed which was very comfy and absolutely massive. Air con was very cold and in every room, the shower was the best I've ever had. Kitchen had everything and the terrace with artificial grass was big enough for 6 ppl. Plenty of towels and linen, changed every 3 day, we even complimentary toiletries. Some nice little touches included the bus to town which was an amazing service and the towels for the pool. The pools was lovely, slides that even all my kids enjoyed especially the one around the back at the little pool! Hats off to the entertainment team, activities through the day were awesome especially the aqua dance which had us all in, and the shows were great at night.. We are gonna miss the entertainer ay ay ay 😆.. Just a couple of negatives was the walk to town, was OK for us but definitely something to consider if you struggle, as the bus stops at 6 and we all had our fair share of mozzy bites but as me were ground floor next to trees this is probably why. We booked this as a budget holiday but in reality it was so much more than this... Got the kids asking if we can go back already.. Stay at els llorers, you won't regret it

Located on a hill at the edge of the town, approx 1.5 mile to the bus station / town centre of Lloret. Its a good 30-40 min stroll. The walk back to the hotel is the hard-work! The hotel is up on a hill, with the final section of road being extremely steep - almost vertical!! It is located in a residential area, surrounded by houses only and one tiny shop at the end of the street but i never went in it. Nearest supermarket is down hill approx 15 min walk. Hotel has a shuttle bus but again never used it. Rooms are basic but you get what you pay for. Self catering apartments with kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee percolator, gas hob. Welcome cleaning bag with washing up liquid, sponge, cloth and matches. … but no tea towel! Kitched pot, pan, crockery, cutlery and utensils supplied. TV and wifi although both dip loads. Bedding was a sheet and a duvets (no cover!). Bathroom towels provided were nice. Not used supplied pool towel voucher. Expected to throw your own bin bags away in communal bins. New towels supplied on penultimate day. Room walls are paper thin. Hear every door close in the block, kid shouting, music from bar, swimming pool water fall ….and be prepared to be disturbed 9pm-12am by more doors slamming, kids running about and the loud booming voices selfish (drunk?) guests! In addition you can hear the your neighbouring guests water cistern filling when they flush their loo and run the hot tap. Oh and always have a fire alarm go off! In a four night duration the fire alarm rang out 5 times…..all after 930pm !! Good points are power shower and the Seaview! (well thats if reception don’t try to fiddle you out of the room you’d initially booked and paid for). We got given a basement poolside terrace instead of a superior seaview … obviously refused it as the poolside room was constantly noisy with kids and families and from the bar - all day til 9-10pm. Also having staff and guests staring into the room/terrace. No privacy. 50€ deposit by credit card payable on arrival plus the tourist tax. Check in 3pm which was not relayed to us by Jet2 - despite arriving to resort at 12 lunchtime. Bag store was a separate locked building which staff will open for you, but nothing is tagged and you place on racking yourself, all guests can gain access to get ‘their’ stuff when they want (and ‘trusted’ to go to their own bags!!) Great for families who want to just be pool side and room based all holiday.

We came with our family. The children's pool with a slide can only be used from 11 am to 6 pm. Billiards can only be used after breakfast. There is no information about this anywhere. when you book they don't say about that and in reception they don't say too. It was awful experience. Kids run and call in ring bell and run away. Over neighbours has fighting at night. In shower room was hair everywhere.
