After reading some reviews I was a little apprehensive about our stay but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff on arrival were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice and cool. View from our balcony was nice. Food was lovely with a good variety but a little repetitive. If you like pizza and chips you're set for your stay. All the staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. The pool was nice but you have to be quick to get a sun lounger as they get "reserved" quickly. The beach is just 5 mins away and the shops are right there. All in all, we both enjoyed our stay and would go back again. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Awful stay if I could give it no stars I would. From start to end everything went wrong. When entering our room there was an extremely strong smell of bleach we had to keep the door open through the day to try and ease the smell, you’d think that would at least mean the room was clean but once again was completely dirty upon first appearances there was hairs in the sink, bath and on the bed, the sheets weren’t clean and towels we was being given covered in dirty marks. We spoke to reception but they didn’t seem very bothered. We had a light that was broken and a plug socket that was cracked and unsafe to use reception fixed the room light but everything else was ignored and left as it was. We though this may have been our only issue but went to go have food with one of the people in our group who has got celiac we emailed the hotel before hand to check they cater for this, they replied and said they do but turns out that all that was offered was chicken and chips no other food at all, the chicken was undercooked and we both was up through the night with sever food poisoning. We chose to no longer eat and the hotel for the duration of our stay as allergies were not labelled in food and gluten free food was not catered for so we felt it was unsafe to eat there. Through the night there was a large group of teenagers kicking our door in through till 2am every morning each night of our stay when this was raised to security they said they would sort it but an hour later no change this resulted in our door being broken due to the force of the kicks. What was meant to be a relaxing short break turnt into a holiday of nightmares I would avoid this hotel at all costs!!
