Nuestra experiencia ha sido horrible. Estuvimos en uno de los apartamentos de 15 a 18 de septiembre de este año. A parte de estar muy incómodos, porque no podíamos estar mucho rato en el sofá, viendo la tele, porque era viejo, hundido y en pésimas condiciones, el apartamento estaba sucio. Llevamos desde el día 18/09/22 esperando que nos devuelvan nuestra fianza. Ya he llamado varias veces, gastando llamadas desde el móvil y el fijo de mi casa, a parte, enviado mensajes por WhatsApp. Son unos estafadores, porque cada vez que llamo o escribo, me dicen que en seguida tendrán una respuesta. El miércoles entraré con una demanda judicial por ser engañada, pues en Booking. com y la propia pagina web está escrito que: El depósito se devolverá por completo una vez revisado el alojamiento en el Check Out, y eso es mentira.
