The hotel is well located and has nice indoor pools. Wide variety at breakfast and meals. I recommend it.

I took my 15 year old daughter, it said there was entertainment on when I ask the staff they do not know what is on. They said there would be a doughnut van and ice cream van. All shut you can get ice lollies at the bar if you are prepared to queue. The main pool bar closed early cos the guy had to go and work in the other pool bar, there is some sort of dance thing on, so I thought I have paid all inclusive I will go to the other pool bar and watch the people dance. No they would not let me I don't have the right wrist band but it I am booked all inclusive into the Olympic garden and if I go to my room I can watch it but I want to watch it by the pool. If they are going to have events on they should tell people before they book. The food is the same every day not nice. The only thing going for this place is the main pool it is such a shame they close the main pool bar so they can put their staff on the other pool bar for private events. Would I recommend this holtel to anyone NO

We were brought here by Air Canada due to a delayed flight. The room assigned had 3 single beds none of which were clean. The room was filthy, dirty handprints on the doors, walls, and the bed covers had stains all over them. We overheard loud drunken arguing, swearing and everything else from the neighbours. I felt unsafe and unable to sleep afraid I would pick some disease up. I video taped the room but you can see photos. This is a place where they appear to have huge problems. Not like any resort I've ever been to, nor would we ever return.

Very good overall. Nice room with very big twin bed (this is a good point as we like to have space in the bed), many drinks included with the inclusive gold, very good food too, anmiation the evening is very nice, price/quality extremely good! The only point that isn't perfect is the fact that some parts of the hotel are getting old, like the AC vents in the ceiling of the restaurant which are full of black mold around. They could remove mold and repaint, because it's where we eat so should be perfectly clean... The pool is very cold too, even the sea was hotter...

We had the most wonderful stay here. The all inclusive is amazing. Lovely food and drinks. Ice cream and snacks all day. Rooms were clean and comfortable. And the town is amazing. Loved it would go back in a heartbeat.

Wasn't informed of the €9 entrance fee at reception, we arrived at quarter to 10 in the morning noticed breakfast is 8-10am was told will not get the wristband for all inclusive untill 12 with No explanation as to why other than your English we Spanish and don't like you. We had been travelling since 1am and couldn't even get a coffee everywhere other than the room out of bounds untill 12, really set the tone they don't like the British. Eventually got the wristband and obvious that Spanish and French get the bigger drinks especially spirits very noticed by other's, at dinner the British asked for their room number the Spanish and French where not asked this caused a bit of friction. I woke early next morning about 7 went to reception asked where can I get a coffee being all inclusive and was told not untill 8 at breakfast time but a group of French sitting drinking coffee I commented obvious rules for them and said did they also pay the €9 each didn't get a reply. I'm not going to comment on rooms nor the food the facilities as from that moment felt regret being here. You can tell British not overly welcome. Should have read the rest of the reviews just seen we are not the only British to have same opinion. It's Definitely Not 4☆may have been 30 years ago...apparently can hold 900 would Not want to be here then.if you do stay here thr beach is very good as being on the Mediterranean. Back to comment about the hotel on arrival a lady in wheel chair a British lady was put on the 4th floor, at present this hotel less than quarter occupied. The lifts are small her partner took the next lift no room for both and chair. Sitting at the pool noticed virtually both 1st and 2nd floor empty. Was saddened to see the couple struggling each day when at least a 180 rooms empty in that section of the establishment. Looking forward to going home, Every top hotel we've stayed in has hot drinks available prior to breakfast so this isn't a top hotel just an very average base, Do Not assume you a getting RIU standard you are not this this is B&B at best.

It is a large hotel complex with good conditions and a very nice open central swimming pool. Good staff, nice food. A little confusing in terms of access as there are 3 associated hotels, but otherwise a good price/quality ratio.

We arrived expecting a quiet off season break. Instead we were greeted by 100's of kids/youths on sports camps. The 'canteen' was not able to cope with the amount of people arriving in groups, food was like school dinners, all hot food seemed tinned or frozen. Breakfast was good, and because we went late, was a little quieter. The room was clean but cramped. One mattress was old and broken, the edge had totally collapsed. The staff were very pleasant and helpful except not allowing us an extra hour to check out to avoid the hoardes of kids so we didn't bother with breakfast the second day. We only ate one evening in the restaurant, not good enough. The hotel is not 4* standard. Not comfortable and no luxury. More like a holiday camp with budget rooms and canteen food.

Easy check in/out, buffet food was amazing amd the rooms were super nice and warm during winter. There was also a balcony with a nice view to the swimming pools. Reception staff was friendly and professional
