Everything was great.
The breakfast is unfortunately nothing special. The waiters are a bit quick to clear the table.
My table was cleared twice while I was at the buffet.

Hello, I would like to send you this comment about the meal which was not the best because we had requested halal meat and the breakfast service which is not the best, too bad there is no self service, more choice on meals or other always the same things apart from the welcome everything else is zero or they pay us for the soft drink it is unacceptable especially when we take the all inclusive service

We had a great outlook over the pool & high enough you could just see the sea. We had breakfast only and there was lots of lovely fresh food fresh fruit, pastries, hot food, delicious breads. Coffee was really good. Pool area was clean & spacious. No rushing to get a sun lounger which was great. Room was a little old fashioned however it was clean, bed & pillows were comfortable & it had a great shower. Spacious balcony too. The hotel staff were friendly & it was great value. We would definitely stay again.

Clean Hotel, helpful staff, fast service, delicious food, good pools, quiet rooms.You can quickly get a seat in the dining room with the guidance of the staff. A selection of food and drinks to suit all needs. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are cleaned daily.

Nice pool area, most guest reserve chair in thé morning with towel, so almost never free chair... Nice and clean restaurant, only it has not enough capacity for all thé guests so in thé evening there is a long line waiting... Rooms are ok but they need modernisation. Other guests are very noisy and don't care about other People( noisy rus.) even in thé night. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Food is ok and fresh.

Where to start. 1. Rooms dated and very small. My daughter had to upgrade costing £315 as her room was for 2 small for 2 kids and parents. Upgraded room aircon did not work and had to be moved again after reporting fault 4 times and told someone would repair. Asked for refund as upgrade was £45 per night and had no aircon for 3 nights. Rudely told NO. 2. queues for food were disgraceful. Restaurant on 1st floor, people queued up the stairs to 2nd floor. Obviously no health & safety . 3. Food was awful. Undercooked, cold and of very poor quality. Was more like a prison canteen than a 4 star dining room. 4. Staff rude and very unhelpful. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Really nice hotel, very efficiently run. Central Lloret is quite commercial but the area this hotel is in is very nice with beautiful Fenals beach just 10 minutes walk away. We had a great time, no complaints.

We booked this hotel as a family of 6, children aged 12 , 9 ,6 and 1. We requested rooms with a joining door on booking this was followed up with several emails and calls to confirm. On arrival we was informed we had to wait until 3 until check in and had been allocated two rooms. We did not feel comfortable being separated from the children so we slept in one room for the full week. We had to move mattresses and the cot across as we was informed there was no joining rooms available. Every morning our baby woke up around 6 for a bottle the two male night staff went above and beyond every morning to ensure we had hot water for the bottle. This was a problem on a couple of days after 7clock when they had left. One female staff member tried to make us wait until 8 when the restaurant was open! we asked to hire a kettle but none available the restaurant was carnage!!!! Rude people pushing in!!! cutting infront of our children who were waiting patiently in line! Staff did not have this under control! make sure you bring trainers for the sun lounger race in a morning!! we was a party of 10 so found ourselves joining this to ensure we had beds near the shallow ends! Tip if your reading this - go to level -1 and enter through fire exit nobody ques there!!! bar staff were lovely!!! however all inclusive bar was inside but wasn’t that much of an issue our company made our holiday! we had a great time despite the above issues!
