Hotel Guitart Central Park Aqua Resort

I would not recommend this hotel, the food quality and options are horrendous. My partner put a pork loin on his plate and as he cut into it, it was raw. Told the server who apologised, took it out the back and then put it in the bin, nothing was done to check the rest of the pork or even to investigate the rest of the trey it was in. It's just cold, unsightly food. The room was damaged, from marks all over the floor, light fittings hanging of, and for the first experience for us, no fridge in the room. When we asked at the reception they stated it was because we had a standard double room, even though there was space for one including a plug socket, there was fridges left in the hallway, my assumption is everything is falling apart in the hotel and this was just an excuse. No adult entertainment at all, evenings were spent going for walks just to stay away from the hotel. There was no sign of the spa, it was all closed up, as a couple coming away this was one of the main reasons we booked. This is not a 4* hotel, not by any stretch of a mile. I have stayed at 3* hotels that deserve medals compared to this place. And I Believe any company that is recommending this hotel as 4* should be looked into.

I spent 5 nights here with my non speaking autistic son, which was our first holiday alone together, when arriving we were upgraded to a room with a bath and a fridge, the rooms are ok but extremely outdated, mold and bed bugs and rust everywhere, 6 out of 7 lights didn’t work too, I even had to fix two of them myself. Luckily we only got breakfast and not all inclusive as the food was freezing cold so ended up eating just fruit and water everyday for breakfast. The pools are the best part of the hotel as there’s great choice for everyone but it’s extremely rowdy and lots of drunk people around the pool after midday. During out 5 days we experienced 3 physical and abusive fights between people staying at the hotel. No hate to many people staying here but was quite rough. The area is great with lots to do, easy access but lots of hills too. but I would never stay here again. This hotel doesn’t meet the standard and could hugely succeed through a refurbishment. Also if you are elderly, disabled or looking for some down time. Don’t bother.

Stayed here for a week with my partner and 2 kids, check in was terrible as was not told anything about how the all inclusive works. You are given a card that gets you a plastic cup which you just take back each time to get a new drink. Majority of the staff are lovely and especially the cleaners, we always had fresh towels etc when we wanted. Rooms were small and dated but slept us 4 okay. We got lucky with having a room towards the back of the hotel so missed all the outside noise from close by nightclubs. The kids “entertainment” at nighttime was just shocking, started at 20:45pm and was finished by 21:10pm.they only played about 4 kids songs to dance along too then it was done. Kinda pointless keeping the kids up for it. There was also a family of Spanish men who showed up every night to watch the kids. They were not guests and didn’t have any kids with them. Very strange that the hotel allowed this. Food was the worst part, every thing was either under cooked or just freezing cold, there was no variety of meals, it was cold pasta and fish every night. We ended up eating out every day and night. Pools were really good and there is lots of choice for the kids with the splash park and shallower pools meaning they were safe. The grill bar outside served really good drinks and their pizza at lunchtime was a saviour as breakfast was cold bacon and hot dogs. I wouldn’t return here simply for the fact the food and entertainment was so bad, I would definitely recommend any families coming here to not go all inclusive as it’s simply not worth it.

The worst hotel I have ever been to from start to finish. Never in my life will I go back here even if I was paid to. It’s completely put me off hotels and resorts. Teenagers everywhere ( a school trip) some so rude with no manners. Running the halls all night long we were woke up constantly and banging on our door knowing we had wee ones in the room. They were like wild animals. Have video evidence of this. Walls are paper thin you can hear everything. Food was awful next to nothing to choose from. Rooms were clean though lots of ants even on the third floor:/ Splash park shuts at 2:30 Spent £2000 on this holiday and I’m completely gutted. Please spend your money wisely there will be so much more you can get if you do your research. Will say most of the hotel staff were pleasant and tried to help as much as they can.

Horrible place!!!! Staff don't speak English. Really rude. Food cold and untasty. Room standard awful. Holes in the wall and everything falling apart. Not a 4 stars, I would say more a 1-2 stars. Card system for drinks (even all inclusive) which is really annoying. Cheep away from that place!!!!;

Terrible, worst of the very worst. Please avoid at any price. Staff rude and do not speak English. Hotel should not be 4 stars. Horror like. Very basic, noisy, dirty. Spa closed, park closed. Boring and awful. Not worth , will ruin your holiday
