Possibly the best food in Spain! Who needs all inclusive if you have food like that. Fantastic selection themed evenings, and you don't have to worry, there's going to be enough for everyone . Hard working staff. If anything gets spilled - their on it (kids pooring their own drinks) you don't have to worry about the table, there is always clean one waiting. And if you are an egg fan you are in for a treat, you can have it in many options! If you are peckish during the day, the restaurant is still open and there is a food track on the site (additional cost) Rooms are very specious, plenty of space in the wardrobes. Functional balcony, again lots of space. Bathroom was a little bit tired but clean. Rooms cleaned daily, all ladies vere lovely (helped us when we locked the card in the room :)) Facilities vere great. Separate splash pool for kids and even if your kids are big enough to play in the main swimming pool, Family zone is great for quiet time and rest.there is gym and indoor swimming pool as well. Kids club was open every day. Very dedicated entertainment team. Both of our kids vere very involved (4 and 7 years old) You can play darts, table tennis, waterpolo... And if you good, you get a t-shirt or a cocktail (if you an adult :) ) Thank you Johnny, our kids still remember you. Great life music in the evenings and magic shows as well. Hotel is clean and well maintained, there's always a spare sunbed around. And we can recommend the cocktails, freshly made by a friendly staff. We have met some lovely people there. Thank you for a lovely time!

We were 12 people from the same family. 7 adults and 5 children. We stayed 2 nights. We all had a wonderful time. The sofas and beds were very comfortable, the suits were large everyone to move around in, the kitchen was small but fully stocked and everything was very clean. We take many weekend getaways and this is one of the hotels where we have had the best food, only surpassed by another hotel in its chain, Prinsotel el Dorada. All the staff, reception, waiters and maids were all very friendly and helpful. On the negative side, we found the bar prices to be a bit high. The only real complaint is about the entertainment staff. Very bad, unprofessional, doing dances for the Spanish kids in German on front of a big screen telly blaring out football with bored looks on there face all the time. You should take a few tips from the Iberostar entertainment staff. Apart from that we had a Wonderful Weekend and we plan to return,

We have been to this hotel three times already. We like it a lot. The rooms are renovated. Beds are comfortable. Food in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner is pretty good. The ambience is nice, basically families with kids, thus pretty calmed and good for resting. It is in a good area of Mallorca, close to the port and promenade of Cala Ratjada, which is nice to walk at night and have an ice cream or drink around. Cala Agulla is also walking distance through a nice forest (5-10 minutes). Staff is nice and everything is pretty clean. We look forward to going there for a fourth time :).

Everything was great, right from the start as we arrived at 03:00 and had food and drinks waiting for us. During our stay the staff were very nice, the food was good and the hotel has very good, the outside swimming pool, the private pool and the inside pool. I strongly recommend

this was a delightful hotel which catered to my husband and I both as a couple and as a family hotel with our children and grandchildren. The apartments we were in had a separate adult pool and adult sitting area and one minute away were the main family pools, sitting, and eating areas. The rooms were simple but very adequate and clean with a balcony overlooking the lawn area. The food was delicious with ample selection and changing menus. The staff were delightful and extremely helpful. Our flight home was cancelled due to huge storm on the 27th and the staff were wonderful at offering help and support, and enabling us to stay. The sea area is absolutely beautiful with 3 beaches to choose .

The hotel was really good. The food was good with lots of variety. The only thing I could fault them was the Wi-Fi wasn’t great in the room. The kid’s entertainment was sooo good…I participated a couple of times with some of the other dads. Hat off to Robin, Johnny, Alex, Eva & Juli !! My son was in tears when we had to leave them and his new friends from holiday and is begging me for us to go back! Shame the dream team will possibly not be there!

We had a great time at this hotel, very clean, lovely staff especially Madelena. The entertainment isnt the best in actual fact probably the worst ive endured but we had to laugh about it!Not many restaurants near the hotel closest is about 15 mins walk down to the marina beautiful restaurants down there. The food at the hotel was great if you didnt want to venture out. Plenty of sunbeds and space around the pool. My son loved playing football and all the games with the animation team.

Almost everything was perfect, apart from the fact that initially our room was facing the street, just above the kitchen, which was very-very noisy location. At 1-2 o'clock in the night, a garbage truck came (every night), it was like the truck was in our room, it was impossible to sleep like that. And in the morning, other machines started delivering stuff to the kitchen, that was also very noisy. Near the kitchen is like worst location ever! Hotel windows have zero soundproof. But we asked for a room change and got a room with a better location, but my parents' room could not be changed and they didn't get any proper sleep the whole vacation. So if you want to have a good night sleep, ask a room facing the yard or pool. But everything else was so-so good. We loved the food, especially dinner, they have different theme every day, like sushi, finger food, taco night etc. They cook fresh seafood, different meat and pizza from the pizza oven, all very good. The pool was great, there are enough sunbeds by the pool and people do not put their towels there to reserve the sunbed. We also liked the location of the hotel, everything necessary is near the hotel. The hotel and Cala Ratjana was full of germans, but that didn't bother us. We highly recommend the hotel, but avoid the rooms facing the street, especially the ones near the kitchen!

Really good experience. Nice hotel. Decent rooms with GOOD beds. Really nice with an adults only pool. Loved the food truck. Nice bar as well, with good drinks. Entertainment everyday at the hotel both for kids and adults. And it did not feel like the hotel was overly crowded even though there was many guests. Close to the bus station. Close to the harbour. Only downside was that we couldn't get breakfast at the hotel, because it was sold out, but it's still highly likely that we'll come back.
