We stayed here one night while on the Camino Ignaciano. We arrived by bicycle and they stored them for us in their multi-purpose room. The room was comfotable and the hotel was easy walking distance to stores, groceries, resturants and the castle.

The perfect hotel for my overnight stop on a road-trip through Spain. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. Everything in my superior room on the 5th floor was new and shiny. Bathroom was very comfortable and clean. The rooms are basic with no decoration but everything you need is there. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I wanted to use the charging station in the underground garage and they made sure I could hook up and charge my car. Good breakfast with staff again welcoming me personally and lots of options. There’s a choice of a buffet breakfast or just a coffee and croissant for a lower price. I will not likely come back to Lleida but if I do, I’ll know where to stay.

The welcome from reception was indifferent and not particularly friendly. There was no welcome drinks voucher and again no porters. I must have been given one of the noisiest rooms in thr hotel, just above the back door, where every night at 11.15 the truck reverses in (beep beep beep) to collect the rubbish,with all the commotion that accompanies bin emptying. Then early in the morning a truck arrives with all the beers and supplies needed by the hotel. Not a recipe for peaceful rest. Avoid room 210 if offered. The parking is a nightmare to find, through area where dozens of males are just hanging around on corners, which is not a comfort. The bed is glorious and the pillows superb. The room is spacious and calm except for the commotion already described. The restaurant staff are fast and work hard but the menu is far from exciting and the food not particularly tasty. On reflection one night would have been enough here. We will not visit here again. On to Aigua Blava next - hope it’s better.

The great experience. It was to celebrate my couple's birthday and everything is very good, the fully equipped kitchen, there were accessories to clean the dishes both handily and to put washing machines, drapes etc ... For my time was very comfortable to make a dinner for two people in this The hotel is very clean and clean, with a hairdryer. The rooms were very clean with boxes in each room, everything very compact, there were more boxes in boxes if needed, a table to slip clothes, a safe, the truth is very good. Lovely hotel. Rooms comfortable, clean and comfy bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast, good for gluten free. Underground parking adjacent to hotel. Close to many cafes, bars and restaurants. Good sound proofing on windows so did not hear the traffic outside.

We chose this hotel because we travelled with roof box and underground parking was a bit of a problem, most underground state 1.80, we needed 2.00. This hotel has a private parking area next door with electric gates which adds extra seurity. The bedrooms are spacious, and the hotel appears to offer many other facilities which we did not have time to explore ie: business meetings etc. Good location to explore the thriving night life and shops. Try it sometime.

The breakfast was just as the reviews said, nothing special, I just had two cups of coffee. The room was ok, the front desk was quite friendly. The price of this hotel is ok for this town. By the way, the parking lot is expensive 15 euros so I parked on the roadside for one night
