Just back from an amazing 4 day stay at Penrhos. We usually book either a log cabin or a lodge but this time we booked a caravan. The caravan was spacious and comfortable and would definitely book again. The weather was amazing so to have the benefit of the decking and seating was an added bonus. The customer service by everyone involved was exactly what we hoped it would be. The clubhouse has recently been refurbished since we last visited and it looks very smart. The food was as amazing as ever and I have to say I definitely recommend the fillet of beef if it's on the menu. Martin and his team deliver great food. We hope to return in the near future. Thank you .

We needed a place to stay for a single night while we visited family living nearby. We took a family room. Beds were comfortable. Updated bathroom with a great shower. Friendly, recently renovated lounge in the club where we enjoyed an amazing Welsh breakfast served by Sophie who was efficient and charming. Reception staff and Hickie went out of their way to help. We accidentally left our car door open all night and (apart from a slightly damp seat) it was fine! Very safe and tranquil. Would stay again.

We came as my my brother family we're there on holiday. We stayed in Caravan B2 pleasantly suprised how lovely it was, livingroom seating area super big & spacious, kitchen well equipped, with large fridge. Hall way tight, bedroom 1 definitely for younger ones as my partner snores I ended up sleeping in living room, sofa area was fantadtic once moved all cushions. bedroom 2 spacious with double bed. Shower felt 0 support and small, bring a bath mat for your own safety! & your own towels. All in all the Caravan was perfect for place to sleep. The young lady at bar early morning lovely customer service and the receptionist who helped me carry our morning drinks to the caravan very helpful & lovely customer service. The place was clean & tidy was so ideal being this close to our family for fantastic weekend reunion. They had the Log Cabin we're we spent every evening as had the best seats outdoors with flying red kites right in front of you! Excellent stay, lovely place with beautiful sunsets

We were lucky enough to stay at Penrhos Park this weekend, it was a lovely experience from start to finish. The lodge was spotlessly clean & the staff could not do enough for you. It has so much to offer in terms of leisure. The perfect place to unwind.

Stayed in osprey Lodge as attending wedding in the area . 3 of us played golf and were very impressed with course ,we played on both days . Had food in the restaurant on the first night ,all specials on board were unavailable, and also, a few things on menu unavailable . What we had was enjoyable. We used hot tub on first night but no power coming through jets ,it was more like a bath ,we did mention to reception and we didn't use again . Restaurant and bar area very nice ,but lodge a let down . Lodges really need a revamp. Massive cobweb in lounge area ,hob in kitchen needs replacing . Overall we all enjoyed our stay ,but don't think I would book a lodge again ,maybe need to change the name from vip to a standard . But men very impressed with golf .

Myself and my brother stayed here from 4th August - 7th August. We had a really enjoyable stay. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette area worked very well for us on the Saturday evening, when we stayed in for the night. However, there was an issue with the water pressure in the kitchen tap. It kept making a juddering noise, which might need looking into. The beds were very comfortable and we both slept very well. The shower room must have had a recent refurbishment as it was very modern and functional. We watched a bit of the TV in the room. However, we had an issue trying to access Netflix and more of the smart TV apps. The WiFi in the room worked very well, even when signal was patchy throughout the hotel site. The facilities were exceptional. Myself and my brother enjoyed using the swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. On the Friday, we practically had the swimming pool to ourselves during our swimming slot. On the Saturday and Sunday, it was a little busier, but we still managed to use most of the leisure facilities. My brother in particular loved the gym. It was a shame that one guest chose to hog the treadmill for the entirety of our gym session (45 minutes). It might be worth having a sign encouraging guests to be more courteous to others who want to use the gym apparatus. I understand guests have a gym regime, however they should exercise courtesy to other gym users. My only critique regarding the leisure facilities was that it costs £1 each time to use the jacuzzi for 8/9 minutes. This really should be included in the rest of the leisure facilities that are free of charge. If not, guests need to be made well aware of this in advance (as we had no pound coins on us upon arrival, so had to exchange a note at reception). The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The reception, bar and waiting staff as well as the cleaner were all so lovely and made us feel very much at home. They were very approachable and were happy to answer any questions that we had about our stay. The food was lovely. The breakfasts each morning were delicious. I most enjoyed the Welsh breakfast. You could taste the quality in the sausage and bacon, and you could tell that they were locally sourced. I also want to mention the yoghurts too. They were delicious. They were so nice that I wanted to take a batch of them home lol! On Friday, we had our dinner at the restaurant on site which was very tasty. The restaurant had a good choice of food options, and the staff were very attentive and polite. My brother enjoyed his fish and chips, and I enjoyed my duck noodles. We found that the hotel was situated in a great location. It was only a 20 minute walk to Llanrhystud, where we had a pub meal at the Black Lion on Sunday evening. It was also only a 40-45 minute walk to the beach at Llanrhystud, of which, we visited on Sunday afternoon. This place is also dog-friendly which is lovely to see. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed ou

Our first time to Penrhos Park. We were greeted with a warm welcome. The reception staff, bar and restaurant staff are friendly and happy to help with any questions or requests. Would recommend having a meal at the restaurant. Great menu with plenty of choice. Nice views overlooking the golf course. Lovely seating outside. The caravan was clean and tidy. The bed is so comfortable. No problem sleeping. All modern amenities. The location is great for travelling to Aberystwyth and surrounding areas. The park is nice and quiet at all times. Just what we needed. Thank you to Eirwen who works on Reception for being so welcoming. Will definitely see you again soon. Thank You
