Penrhos Park

Fantastic stay. Would recommend to keep the pool open a bit too long. Highly recommend for get aways or family trips

Me and my partner visited this park in July for a 7 day break. Staff were super friendly on arrival and we felt welcomed. We stayed in Kestral lodge. It was perfect, it was very airy and bright inside. Super clean and it had towels for use to use during our stay. We were provided with a small welcome pack which was really nice. The hot tub was perfect temperature on arrival and this was cleaned/checked every morning. On the top floor in the main bedroom you have a veranda which looks over at all of the park and if you cast your eyes to the right you’ll see some beautiful fields. You also have a ground floor decking area with a table outside. We booked with Hoeseasons so you get the pool and gym facilities free during your stay, which was an added bonus. I would 100% recommend staying here, I can honestly say after staying here for a 7 day break. I feel so refreshed.

Cannot write a review on an actual stay as the booking apparently never existed....booked a week away for my parents (70+ years of age) on the Sunday for the Monday. Received email confirmation, spoke to the park twice to explain they wouldn't be arriving till the Tuesday, gave our names of the booking and all confirmed. Arrived Tuesday, no booking, they didn't offer help of any kind, said the park was full! This large park and hotel were full! So leaving my 70+ years old parents left stranded at 4pm on an afternoon. They were told it's Hoeseasons problem not theirs. I called to see if there was any other accomodation, please note they also have a hotel. Was told no and it was out fault not theirs, women on the phone was rude and gave no alternative options at all. Simple no we cannot help. Even acknowledged the call we made the day before and said another couple were also arriving on the Tuesday so assumed it was them. Even though we gave them my mother's name. Why would we be allowed to book if there was no room? And why not at least offer an alternative if for less or more days? No help or customer service at all. Never ever ever would I stay here now or recommend it due to their utter disregard to help out with alternative options. Female on the phone was so unhelpful and incredibly rude!

Stunning find! I booked last minute at a reasonable rate. Had a lovely room within the hotel. The hotel section was divided into areas and only 4 ground floor rooms in each, so it was lovely and quiet. The room was spotless and was surprised to find tea and coffee facilities with a microwave and fridge. The swimming pool was great fun with my daughter and everywhere was clean. Will definitely stay again!

Came out for a family meal at the restaurant and had a Fantastic experience. Great food, wide choice on the menu, very attentive staff, a really warm welcoming friendly atmosphere , George behind the bar was on point, would absolutely visit again!

Just back from an amazing 4 day stay at Penrhos. We usually book either a log cabin or a lodge but this time we booked a caravan. The caravan was spacious and comfortable and would definitely book again. The weather was amazing so to have the benefit of the decking and seating was an added bonus. The customer service by everyone involved was exactly what we hoped it would be. The clubhouse has recently been refurbished since we last visited and it looks very smart. The food was as amazing as ever and I have to say I definitely recommend the fillet of beef if it's on the menu. Martin and his team deliver great food. We hope to return in the near future.
