Lovely place in the Nant Ffrancon valley only a couple of miles from Llyn Ogwen and Bethesda. Really enjoyed our stay. So friendly and helpful...also excellent texts and emails before arriving to tell us how to get there etc. We had a double room which was very clean and comfortable with a good hot shower. We used the self catering kitchen which is perfectly adequate for a small group. Would love to go there again.

Looking at the maps, this hotel looked far from the Snowdon trek but it was only 15 mins drive. The location of this place is amazing. Surrounded by mountains and river streams. Good parking spaces as well as decent food places few mins away. Loved this place

This place had wonderful views, it was relaxing and peaceful. Ned was there to greet us and show us around. Nice little kitchen/lounge area to store perishable items and good cooking facilities. The only problem we had was we were unable to get taxis, we travelled for a wedding so needed a taxi into Bethesda. This is out of Mountain view ranch control though hence why I have not marked them down.

Superb establishment, set against the backdrop of the Snowdonia Mountain range. Staff . owners could do enough for us, helpful and extremely friendly. Clean, comfortable rooms, absolutely superb place at great value for money. Highly recommend to all..

I joined the Snowdonia Mountain Lodge for an independently organised retreat - and what a great surprise the lodge was. The place is beautifully unpretentious, very comfortable, and it has a genuine, warm character. What stood out the most, thought, were the people running the lodge - I don't think I've ever felt so well cared for! I definitely recommend you stay at the Snowdonia Mountain Lodge - it's a lovely experience to remember.

Stayed here for one night during our trip to Aber Falls. It's self-catering and while we didn't use the kitchen facilities, they were well-kept and clean with plenty of equipment. The accommodation was clean, the bed was comfortable. We were given a warm welcome by Ned and Annette, who work at the lodge. Very helpful with information on the locality. A very relaxing atmosphere, with great views across the road of the Glyder mountains. All in all a great location if you're touring the area.

What a beautiful location, with wonderful staff, amazing food and such a cozy room! I visited for a training/ retreat and was simply amazing by the kindness and openness of the entire staff. They were extremely professional and also welcoming and flexible. The food they cooked was divine! My room was in the farmhouse and it was quaint, well equipped, and quiet. Loved this place and hope to go back with my family.

Snowdonia Mountain Lodge was a wonderful home for us for a work event we ran in March and indeed many events before this. The landscape is just superb and there is a real sense of community and care embedded into the Lodge. A place is always made by its people, and I can vouch for the team who were incredibly warm, welcoming and attentive, with so much experience of events in their space it made the whole process feel incredibly smooth. I whole-heartedly recommend the Snowdonia Mountain Lodge to anyone looking to run an event, retreat or simply enjoy the gorgeous surroundings.
