Booked for a 2nd time after a winter break with the hubby. This time was a girly break with my 3 daughters. We've had a blast! The girls went white water rafting and loved it. Breakfast was delicious. Great coffee. Room great size, and it was quite funny seeing my daughter get off the top bunk Busy cafe throughout the day, staff were lovely. 100% recommend

This is a very conveniently located small hotel with a really nice style and vibe. It's associated closely with the white water sports centre downstairs and as a consequence there are a lot of cheerful young people about the premises. The cafe attached is wonderful and does an excellent breakfast indeed. Everything is modcon with a keyless entry and smooth interface that ensures privacy. The rooms are spacious, light filled and if you are lucky have a river view. The bunk beds for family stays are a particularly welcome touch. All rooms are pleasantly soundtracked by the rushing water. You just need to be aware that there is going to be stairs, and that parking is off-site. We parked in the public lot a 3 min walk across the main street. The location is as good as it can possibly get in town.

Came for the weekend to do the white water rafting with white water active (based at the riverbanc). We were a family of ten across 3 rooms, cannot fault any part of this hotel! Easy check in, spotless rooms and an amazing breakfast each morning. Centrally located within walking distance to everything! We will definitely be back! Thank you for a fabulous weekend!

The hotel is just perfect in every way. We stayed April 7th until the 9th and then booked an extra night. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is outstanding. The location right in the centre. The views of the river Dee breathtaking. We will definitely be going back. I would highly recommend the riverbanc.

Absolutely perfect for families! The room was clean, tidy and the decor was very smart and well finished. Perfectly situated in the centre of Llangollen, you’re close to all local amenities and attractions. You don’t need to travel far for good grub as the RiverBanc cafe offers exceptional food, great coffee and a welcoming and friendly vibe. We will be back!

Can’t fault a things. Lovely staff, great rooms, breakfast was delish! Wish I could have stayed longer to try more. All in all a wonderful stay to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Will certainly be back to try the rest of breakfast menu and another activity!

Overall a great stay and very simple check in and out. Arrived and entered the codes that were messaged to us prior to arrival. Nice spacious clean rooms with very comfy bed. Shower could be bigger but very powerful and hot. Breakfast was lovely and lots of it. Will definitely recommend

Absolutely loved our stay! Perfect room overlooking the river, had everything we needed and slept really well after a walk to the castle! The shower was lovely and hot but a bit small! Would definitely book again xxx Breakfast was lovely with a plenty of choice xxx
