Overall, a very positive experience. Excellent and pleasantly furnished room, lovely food and friendly staff. The only negative was that there was only 1 bath & 1 hand towel in our bedroom for 2 people. We did ask for another set of towels but they never arrived 😢

Had a fantastic 2 night stay at the hotel, we stayed in one of the Suites which was fabulous!! Comfortable beds, plenty of space and lovely large bathroom with bath and separate good sized shower. Underfloor heating in bathroom was lovely. The staff were amazing, thanks to Jackie who we spoke with every day we were there! She was very helpful and knowledgeable and ensured everyone had a great time - all the staff were excellent. The only thing I’ve marked it down for is the fact that we were woken up by the bin Lorry at 5.30am on the Friday morning- but not the Hotels fault! Would happily stay again! Food was absolutely amazing!! Great choice of breakfast, and evening meal.

The Bull & Townhouse is well located for visitors to Anglesey. Although the Townhouse is a separate accommodation it is close at hand and provides very good, modern bedrooms with a lift (which was out of order during our visit). Staff were friendly and efficient; food was very good - excellent breakfasts.

Another enjoyable stay at the hotel. We stayed in April 2024 and liked it so much we came back in October and had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly, food was fantastic and was a great atmosphere. My suggestion for them is to include some of the lighter snacks as options for the evening meals. We would also like to see pancakes offered at breakfast. Other than that would recommend to anyone and everyone to visit this hotel.

Didn't like having dogs in dining room. Would have preferred conventional service at Dinner rather than your new business model. The quality of the room we used was excellent.

we had a lovely couple of days away with brother and sister-in-law. The Bull's Head Inn is a very historical building with all the little quirks and nooks and crannies. All the staff are very knowledgeable of the buildings history.

Stayed in the clementine room, which was lovely and spacious. Could do with a heavy curtain separating the hall from bedroom to keep the heat in. There is air con and oil filled radiators in the room, we opted for the radiators. The bathroom was cold however, the extractor seems to be on nearly all the time. Couldn’t find any towels apart from hand towels, so managed to get some from the locked wet room off the main bedroom. Odd. Tea and coffee facilities in the room, hairdryer and iron and board. Centrally located in the town. Really enjoyed our stay and breakfast which was included in our booking. Preferred checking in with the person under the stairs separate from the bar area like last year to now at the bar, blocking staff coming coming and going to bar area. We’d checked in online, so should have been quicker, but minor points, will return.

We stayed at the property for the past 4 days and it’s a lovely hotel, the rooms are fab and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The only negative I have was we ate at the hotel the first night and the menu and food is delicious but the portion sizes are tiny. I’m not used to huge portions so I wasn’t expecting that but they are served on smaller plates to make it look more. I had the baked cod loin with ratatouille which was delicious but you would have struggled to find any ratatouille. My husband had a burger and chips and there were 11 small French fries. I do understand food margins and Portions but at £20 a dish it then stopped us eating here every night so we went to the Liverpool arms which have food spot on Apart from that it was great
