I have traveled all over the world but I have never seen anything like this. I found the location on Bookings and googled them so I could call them to ask if they have any rooms available and if they accept pets. We were told that yes and that they are pet friendly as it says on the bookings and I was recommended to pay directly with them to avoid the 20e fee for the dog that was on the bookings. The total on bookins was 160e, the direct total with them was...the same. The difference is that if you want to pay with them, you will be asked for the card number, expiration date and the cvc secret number on the back of the card, which is completely illegal and impersonal to ask. We arrived at the hotel on Friday night, on Saturday morning we were told that we are not allowed to leave the dog alone in the room and that it is also mentioned on the page, which is completely unreal. It is not mentioned either on their website or on bookings (obviously, otherwise they would not have the right to tick pet friendly) As if it were an object, which you attach to your keys and carry everywhere with you. So basically, we had to take the 14-year-old dog everywhere with us, because basically this hotel has no right to call itself pet friendly. There is NO refrigerator in the room, remote control for air conditioning. There is no breakfast and the restaurant .... I do not recommend their food. When the room was cleaned, I found some of my personal things moved, others stuffed in the drawers. I canceled the card I pay with, I filed a complaint and I will definitely never return to this hotel.
