The room was large with twin beds as requested and a spacious en-suite bathroom. All was very clean, well decorated and hygienic. The towels and linen were of good quality and clean white. The housekeeping was efficient and thorough. The reception was welcoming and friendly and the public areas were comfortable and spotless. We cannot comment on the restaurant or food as we had our meals whilst out in the town. There is a cafe/bar on site serving drinks and snacks The town was a little too far to walk easily and parking was quite difficult in the centre. Parking could be found a 10 minute walk from the harbour. There was good parking available at the hotel. Our room was on the front of the building which meant that there was some noise from the car park and road, but this was not a great problem.

Nice clean large rooms. Welcoming and knowledgeable staff at reception. Room was comfortable and cleaned and made up daily. Plenty of free parking at front of hotel. Continental breakfast included with room price with a decent selection.

We found the hotel easily enough from the motorway and we were able to park directly outside. We had a warm welcome and we were slightly early but our room was ready fortunately. We had a lovely view from a good-sized balcony. The room had the usual amenities and was very clean. We used our car to drive into the centre and had a good walk around the town and harbour area.

Great greeting from reception on arrival. All staff we met go above and beyond. Good variety of food at breakfast. Lovely views of the Picos. The town centre is about 20 mins walk. Parking in front of hotel is free. Pool was closed but looks lovely. Very close to A8 so ideal if you are are travelling to catch the ferry from Santander.

El hotel es bonito y bien situado. La habitación grande y espaciosa con un balcón generoso y buenas vistas. Las camas perfectas. Limpieza y personal extraordinarios. Antonio nos trató de maravilla al llegar por la noche. Todo muy recomendable

Hotel cómodo, limpio, habitaciones amplias y decoradas con gusto, personal muy servicial, nos tocó una habitación que da a la carretera, nos hubiese gustado con vistas a la piscina. La piscina muy agradable, solo la utlizamos un dia debido al tiempo y a las excursiones que hicimos

Debo destacar la excelente atención del personal. Las habitaciones limpias, todo estaba correcto relación calidad precio. Tiene parking propio y el acceso es muy fácil, puedes ir andando al centro de Llanes La cafetería cuenta con un buen servicio

Publicidad engañosa....reservamos una habitación y cuando llegamos allí nos dan una habitación sin ventanas,sin terraza, que eso parecía un zulo..... La cosa es que cuando estás reservando en ningún momento aparece ninguna foto ni ninguna descripción donde pone que no tiene ventanas ni terrazas, además en la descripción pone que está a u 1,3 km del centro y está al doble de lejos del centro, para cualquier cosa que vayas a hacer hay que coger el coche
