The Mill at Glynhir

Four in a Bed winners Mat and Helen at the Mill at Glynhir have the most incredible bnb situated in a tranquil location over looking stunning scenic views. Our room had everything you need from toiletries, an umbrella at the door as weather can be changeable this time of year, even if you have forgotten something look no further and there is a bowl with tooth brush, with paste, a loofar, shower gel, body lotion, shaving kit, etc. The attention to detail is second to none as they have thought of everything even a bottle of milk, water in the small fridge, for teas, coffee, hot chocolate, plus jar with a selection of chocolates and savouries. The room is immaculate and tastefully decorated to a very high standard to give you a truly relaxing experience. I have had the best sleep in the comfortable king size bed in room 1. They both endeavour to make this the best stay, always interested to impart useful suggestions of local tourist attractions. Visit their easy to navigate attractive website where you can book your room and there are with links to all the amazing places of interest. You will want to stay more than one night for the delicious array of food for breakfast and friendly chatter which we both so love. We highly recommend visiting the Mill at Glynhir the hosts Mat and Helen are wonderful and we have been truly spoilt. We are now returning fully relaxed and refreshed to our busy lives but have left our hearts in this special place. See you next year lovely people.

The cleanest, most comfortable, and all-round best B&B I’ve ever stayed in. Helen and Matt are impeccable hosts and the breakfast is amazing. We’ll definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Well, what can we say?! We saw The Mill at Glynhir on a repeat of Four in a Bed and immediately wanted to visit. It did not disappoint Matt and Helen were so warm and friendly on our arrival and throughout our stay. The room was spotless. The jar of goodies is such a fun idea and we loved it! Tea, coffee and hot chocolate is plentiful and the fresh milk is a lovely touch. The toiletries and extra bits are just great. It was nice and quiet and we slept very well. Breakfast was delicious and so quick! We’d have been happy to pay more!

My husband Paul saw this hotel on four in a bed where Helen and Mat were the winners of this programme. He decided from that day that he would like to go there. Our daughter Hannah booked it for us for the weekend and wow it did not disappoint. The room was so beautiful and the view was incredible. Helen and Mat couldn’t do enough for us, they were both the perfect hosts and what lovely, down to earth people. The breakfast they provided was fabulous and again nothing was too much trouble. It was such a pleasure to meet them both and get to visit their beautiful place. We will most definitely be returning but next time our family will be coming with us. Thank you Helen and Mat x

I had the most amazing return visit to The Mill, it was just wonderful. The whole place is so beautiful, clean and just immaculate, in fact it is just like being in another world with Alpacas roaming around the beautiful grounds. My room was spacious clean and even had a hospitality jar with all kinds of special savoury and sweet goodies. There is a golf course next door so if you play don’t leave your clubs behind. Helen and Mat cooked a delicious breakfast and could not have done enough for me and I had a really lovely stay and can’t wait to return.
