The Cliffbury

The Cliffbury Guest house is a exceiient place to stay. It is clean and welcoming and friendly. A good variation of choice for breakfast including a Manx Kipper which you don't see very often. The Cliffbury is in easy reach of the sea front also for bars and resurants. I won't hesitate to stay agine when next in Llundudno

Our second visit to the Guest House and once again everything was first class. The owners have made the guest house home from home. Its a very high standard. The rooms are clean and are well maintained. The food you receive is of high quality. You can park your car off the road. The area this guest house in located in is very quite. We will be back for a third visits. If you haven't tried this guest house before then you are missing a real treat

This is our fourth stay here and it's that good we wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else in Llandudno. Probably our favourite guest house in the UK. It really is that good, from the warm welcome, to the spotless comfortable bedrooms to the delicious breakfasts it's faultless! Can't wait to return.

Spent a couple of nights at this delightful guest house last week. It’s situated in a quiet avenue set back from the main shopping area but is only five minutes from Mostyn street with its shops, pubs and restaurants so you have peace and quiet when you need it but with no loss of convenience. I put my car in the off-road parking area outside and was given warm and friendly welcome by Gareth the resident owner. He showed me up to my room; a spacious single, beautifully decorated with a good-sized bed, ensuite and an excellent view of the mountains over the rooftops of the nearby houses. Next morning Gareth served up a very tasty breakfast of a full English, toast and cereal with coffee or tea and /or juices; plenty to set me up for a day exploring the area. I can’t fault the hosting, accommodation or food, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone as it was recommended to me and will definitely use the Cliffbury next time I’m planning a break in the area.

Don't normally bother with reviews, but due to the high quality of the service, accommodation and breakfast felt I needed to keep up the well deserved trip advisor rating. Stayed for 2 nights Wednesday/Thursday this week . Great location ,ample parking (big bonus). Immaculate, probably best place we've stayed in the UK. Many thanks David & Sharon

my wife and I stayed at the cliffbury for2 nights,Gareth was very welcoming. The room was spotless, best breakfast ever and highly recommended. Walking distance to town centre is five minutes so also good location. Car parking space for six in driveway. Dennis &Susan H

This Guest House ticks all the boxes. It’s a credit to Gareth and Clair. Very clean. A GREAT SELECTION FOR BREAKFAST. Location great for shops. Restaurants and sea front only a five minute walk away. Lots of places to visit only a short drive to most resorts

As always a great stay. From the comfortable accommodation to the excellent breakfasts. Gareth and Claire provide everything you need ( shame about the weather, this time ) but I'm sure if you could you would organise that too. Good to see you again and look forward to our next visit.
