Sea facing top room of hotel. Great view of beach and pier. Parking can be time consuming but not a big problem

Bad service concerning breakfast, need to order before 5pm….. I checked in at 9pm and stayed for 3 nights. I didn’t book any breakfast and went to the neighbors

We had a room in the basement or annex as they call it. It had an extremely high step from the hallway to the bedroom which you had use every time you went to the bathroom. Also the room smelled musty and damp it rained overnight and in the morning the carpet under the window was soaking wet. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely clean hotel.The room was excellent with a really comfortable bed and a great powerful shower.Excellent breakfast(included) of poached eggs on toast as well as various cereals an spreads,jams and more toast if required.Plenty of juices available.I will be returning.

Was miss sold that he room will have a queen bed was a very small single! Room hadn’t been cleaned for a while the door was dirty and dust and grime everywhere. Bathroom lights didn’t work and the radiator was constantly hot to the point it burnt me walking past. Getting to the room was bad as having to walk through the yard coverd in rubbish and having to walk up stairs in the dark they were very narrow and slippery. Finding an ironing board in the hall was the strangest thing I had seen. In the being hoping they done feed we went to the main lobby only to find we have been locked out so had to walk around the back around to the front passing the rats that live in the rubbish that’s just been dumped there. Turns out they don’t do food till breakfast. Breakfast was shocking as all it was is 1 slice of toast with an egg on top very cold coffee. We complained to the staff and they didn’t care worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Very friendly welcome on arrival. Room was avaliable early so that was a bonus. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was busy but had everything you could ask for. Highly recommend a stay.

Large room with sea view. Life to all floors. Clean hotel and friendly staff.

Unable to turn heating down & issue with hot water. Very comfy bed & efficient breakfast

Check in quick and easy. Curtains didn’t fit the window and unused clips in centre so unable to close fully so letting lots of light in. Beds very soft. Mould or dirt build up in shower around corners. ? Chewing gum stuck to tile on floor in bathroom. Sink and toilet were fine. Room was very hot but can in room fan definitely helped.

Cheap option, okay if you want a layover for a single night but be aware rooms dusty and smelly and our family room shower had large moldy patches, not suitable for much longer stays. Check in staff friendly but a rude manager made me feel really awkward and embarrassed when we left early after raising a cleanliness issue.

A lovely hotel that met all our requirements and so close to the beach. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Lots of choice for continental breakfast. Thanks for a lovely stay

A lovely building right on the promenade. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was in the annex - small but had everything you’d want. We had a lovely stay

Hotel staff friendly and helpful Hotel is clean and rooms had all we needed Breakfast is good but felt a little rushed Could do with internet in rooms But overall our experience was good and the views from room were amazing

Very good value for money. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Would recommend. Planning on staying again in the future.
