Great little hotel!
Looks dated from the outside and in the hallway but the bedrooms have been modernised and were incredibly comfortable.
Very clean and friendly staff who were very helpful. Great value for money and located well. Not on the seafront but only a 5 minute walk.
No parking but plenty of overnight stay car parks within walking distance.
Would recommend and we would stay again!

It's really bad. I've never stayed in such a bad place. I didn't sleep all night. The floors are all slanted! ! ! ! The bathroom is not good and very old.

The room, facilities, and hygiene are perfect, but the guy at the front desk plays hide and seek with you, so you have no way to find him.

Toilet was not secure to the floor. Room smelt musty. I had to wedge the wndow to stop it rattling. No one at the check in desk when i left. It was the cheapest hotel we could find as we had a longer journey than planned and needed to stay overnight. As the saying goes you get what you pay for.

They were very warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and they were incredibly accomodating. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again.

Close to the train station, the main promenade, beach & shops. Very easy to find. The Owners are very friendly people. Worth staying at & reasonably priced. Nice Breakfast

Really great value for money. I had a lovely view from my room which was clean and comfortable.
