The View Guest House (Adults Only)

They all very nice, food was amazing, the location is nice, the view is brilliant.

My wife and I stayed at the view 23rd-27th September 2024.. we were greeted by Brian the owner who is one of the friendliest people I've met but as mad as a box of frogs ( in a good way ). The place was lovely and clean, the view across the bay was awesome ( room 8) Breakfast was pre order and worked well, only down side is I didn't feel as hungry when I woke as I did after a couple of drinks the night before, but all the same it was well cooked and tasty. The staff were really friendly and attentive. The bar as an array of beers, ciders, wines and spirits, and the prices are really good. Because it is on a hill there are a number of steps, if you struggle with your legs it could be an issue although hand rails are there to help you. The patio is a lovely place to sit if the weather is nice to watch the world go by. Well done Brian and the team, great stay .

What a find this was. Brian greeted us upon our arrival. Room 7 has STUNNING views, across the sea to the Little Orm, is tastefully decorated, comfortable king sized bed, double shower, plus lots of extra's you wouldnt expect inc hot choc in the room, binocular's, shoe horn, even daily drinking water provided. You wont need shampoo/conditiiner/hand/body lotion or shower gel. The honesty bar is fully stocked for all needs. Plenty of seating in the beautiful garden. Literally, anywhere from the front of this beautiful building, you have the stunning sea/promenade/ little orme views. Breakfast is so tasty, everything freshly prepated to specific tastes. The sausage is AMAZING. The team here are so friendly, helpful and accomodating. Our first ever visit to Llandudno, and whenever we return, will definately be coming back here.

What an absolute gem of a place. In a great spot overlooking the bay. First time we have stayed here but definitely won't be our last. Our room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. We had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious every morning and the staff we're so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We are sad to be going home but we've had the best break with beautiful weather. Thank you Brian and all Jayne & Pete

We booked The View last minute as we had a lodge booked in Conwy and wanted to extend our trip a little longer. What a great choice, we had a lovely stay. Everything about this hotel is perfect- good location,very friendly and helpful owner and a lovely breakfast in the morning. We upgraded to a sea view and were allocated room 7,which was well worth it as the view was gorgeous. Very comfortable bed and room was immaculately clean. We would definitely return, thank you very much!!

Lovely clean Guest House, garden at the front is absolutely beautiful, very inviting to sit in. Stunning breakfast every morning really well cooked and presented, plenty of choice, they were always happy to offer you more, or extra of anything you wanted. Also the breakfast room is very spacious and bright to sit in with patio doors into to the beautiful garden. Location is perfect with the best views of Llandudno with no noise at night (well, seagulls, but that's Llandudno). Room 7 that we stayed in was very tastefully decorated, King size bed, with a very large walk-in shower, two comfy chairs to sit in, open the windows, and soak up the view.......just idyllic. Also, little thoughtful extras in the room really added to the thoroughly wonderful stay my daughter and I had. Lift to all floors which is such a bonus, honesty bar( great idea) in the lounge, we did not use it but most of the guests did. Very friendly, helpful owners and staff, who ensure you have a wonderful stay. So many thanks to you all, Hao Brian, Lin, Woowoo and Sammi. We hope to see you all next year. We stayed here for two nights in june and loved it. The rooms were tidy and clean with fantastic views of the bay. We loved the breakfast and also the front garden where we sat and enjoyed the sunshine watching the tide. We also loved the honesty bar and the staff/owners who helped us with everything we needed. They gave us free watermelon one day and the next they let us use their fridge. Kindest people! The only downside was that it was impossible to get a parking near the hotel.

Loved our stay at The View Guest house despite the rainy weather! Room and en-suite was clean and tidy and the huge bay window overlooking the sea was lovely. Staff were friendly and welcoming and breakfast was excellent ( loved the fried bread ) There were umbrellas by the door in the lobby to use if needed which my wife was happy about as it saved her hair from the rain lol. We were given a choice of prefered bedding before our stay which was a nice touch and the honesty bar is a great idea! All in all we had a really enjoyable weekend stay and would definitely stay again....we are already looking at returning in September.

Lovely stay hosts were friendly and accommodating, looking forward to returning with brother and sister in law in September. Honesty bar a great idea. Breakfast lovely. Room was very clean, with amazing views room 1 breakfast was amazing.
