When checking in to a hotel, be careful of the change of scenery. I booked a high-end room, but was downgraded. Of course, there is a blessing in disguise. Thanks to the poor service of the Imperial Hotel, we changed our itinerary and went to Chester to check in at the Chester Grosvenor Hotel in advance. The two hotels have similar prices, but the service awareness, service level and hotel environment, hygiene, facilities, and catering are worlds apart.
