The single rooms are very small. Hardly room to move on shower and toilet area. Only 2 power p!ugs. Only allowed 2 tea bags per day. Manager(I think ) not very friendly. Breakfast served spot on 8.30 no later also dinner at 6.00 Bed very comfortable but very high to get on too. The food was very good. The lift has 2 metal sliding gates to contend with. Very small. The whole thing was a bit like faulty towers. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Would not go again. .

We are On our last full day today and what a beautiful hotel staff are lovely hotel very clean and easy to get around we had a sea view room which was lovely and hotel is in ideal location gardens are beautiful and well maintained great kerb appeal I have to say the food was outstanding and plentiful nothing is too much trouble what was great was you could hire a mobility scooter with the hotel great value at £20 per day the actual belong to the hotel so no need to pre arrange with other mobility hire company I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return the manager and all staff really make ur stay wonderful

My wife and I had a lovely 5 day coach holiday (4th time) 21-25 April, unfortunately the evening before our departure our room 308 was entered with a Key while we was at the evening meal, my bank cards were stolen and my wife's were taken out of her wallet and put into my wallet!!! The upsetting thing is the management have made NO attempt to contact us over this traumatic event (we are in our eighties) it is ongoing with the North Wales Police Just a warning Beware

Fantastic weekend at 'The Four oaks'. Went for the victorian extravaganza weekend. Can't praise this hotel enough. I'm am in a wheelchair and nothing was to much trouble. Thank you David, Moses and all the staff. See you next year. Looking forward to many more times to come

Woo woo can't fault this hotel the staff from chef to cleaner's are a great asset to the hotel it is spotless as are the bedrooms, food and portion size very tasty and plentiful waiter's are very friendly the staff are very friendly nothing too much trouble for them. A very warm hospitable welcome awaits. Entertainment the best i have ever seen in a holiday hotel Also have bingo twice nightly Went Friday to Monday returning end of June I LOVE IT

Wasn’t sure about this hotel after reading the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived we were given a warm welcome by Moses the manager. The sea view room was spotlessly clean and looked as if it had been recently refurbished. The food was excellent . All the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble service in dining room was excellent both breakfast and evening dinner.entertainment every evening which we thoroughly enjoyed plus a couple of games of bingo. David the owner was also very helpful and welcoming. Head of housekeeping (think his name was Bill) was a thoroughly nice man. Only thing was pillows in bedroom were hard. All in all I would recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel the staff can't do enough for you everywhere is spotless food is good entertainment is very good there is a lift which is a God send we are back in July can't wait thank you to Dave Mosses and all the wonderful staff would definitely recommend this hotel best one on Llandudno xxx

This was my fourth stay at Four Oaks and we are already planning our next visit. The staff are so genuinely nice and thoughtful, the hotel is clean with beautiful sea views. They go out of their way to cater for dietary requirements and the breakfast was lovely as always.
