Four Oaks Hotel

Just returned from a two night break at Four Oaks Hotel. Everywhere was very clean and our bedroom with sea view had everything we needed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. The food was good and plentiful. The hotel has the "old world"charm with the lift with all the modern amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return. Thank you Moses and staff

We went on Turkey,&Tinsel weekend,had a fantastic time,we had some great company, there was a friendly atmosphere all through the hotel, lovely food &plenty of it,the catering staff are brilliant and friendly,rooms where clean and spacious,would recommend to anyone,Walter & Eileen, we went with Memory Lane travel.

All staff very friendly, rooms clean, food good, special shoutout for young lady who worked in dining room ,and also ran the bar Friday to Sunday.a real asset to the hotel, really enjoyed enjoyed the banter, received and given from the Leeds lot. Give her our thanks and best wishes.

Went with a group of friends on a Turkey and Tinsel 5 day break. The food and service was excellent and I was particularly impressed that there were 2 options for vegetarians on the menu as usually there is no choice. The rooms were warm and comfortable and the hotel was beautifully decorated for the Christmas season.

My friend and I have been coming to Four Oaks for about 8 years now. It's our favourite hotel in Llandudno. First off, I have to mention the staff who work tirelessly to make sure you have a wonderful stay, they're so friendly, helpful and efficient and we love them. The hotel is in a fabulous spot, right on the sea front with amazing views of the bay and the Great Orme and Little Orme (book early for a sea view room! Although Moses will always try his best to accommodate you) it's close to the wonderful promenade, venues, shops, restaurants/tea rooms etc and a short walk to the pier, boat rides, tour bus, the cable car up the Great Orme and more. The hotel prices are really competitive, the rooms and public areas are always comfortable and spotless, the food is great with quick and attentive service and we've made lifelong friends with other diners, the entertainment is fun and the bar prices are very reasonable. I'm physically disabled and can only walk with crutches for short distances so the vintage lift to all floors is ideal, there is room for mobility scooters if required and the staff are always really helpful if needed. If you have a blue badge you can park on the front and they have a car park at the back of the hotel. We love it so much we've already booked again for next year! The twin bedroom was basic but very comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. However, there was mould on the wall above the TV. The bathroom and shower were not good at all. There was black around the base of the shower tray and the skirting board was covered with dirt. The shower had a plastic curtain which stuck to you once wet and we had trouble getting the toilet to flush properly. The meals were basic but acceptable. The majority of the staff were lovely but there was one who would have done exceedingly well being employed in Fawlty Towers. I don't think I'll go there again 😭
