Great hotel with well trained and very friendly staff. The location is very conveniant too, one can walk into the city centre (along a very busy road), the alternative is a taxi service (6 euros each way) that can be arranged by the hotel. The room was spacious and rather modern, the bathroom well equipped and comfortable. The parking is ample and the breakfsat was all very good.

The best thing about this hotel were the staff, they all were extremely attentive and helpful. Thanks to the guidance and information available we were able to enjoy our week’s holiday in Ljubljana. We did walk into the city on our first day but it took us about 40 mins alongside a busy road. Perfectly safe but not enjoyable. For the rest of our week we used the number 9 bus. The bus stop is only a 10 min walk away and the bus runs regularly from the Park and Ride to the city centre and bus station. The bus stop is called “Pot na Rakova Jelso” A single trip cost 1.30 Euros. We arranged our Airport transfers through reception, cost 33 Euros each way. Taxi to City centre cost 6 Euros and to Bus station 8 Euros. Cost of taxis can be added to room bill which works well. Easy to visit Lake Bled and Kranj from the bus station and we hired a car to visit Kranjska Gora and Lake Bohinj. Don’t be put off by the distance from the City centre as it is easy to reach by bus or taxi. Thanks again to the staff for their assistance during our stay.

We traveled through Slovenia and after a long night of driving needed to rest. We called at 6:00am because we urgently needed to rest. It was the best choice to call Ahotel, offering ultra-early check-in at 06:30am. We arrived and had a friendly welcome and after sharing the fact that won't stay for the night, we were invited to have breakfast at the moment of arrival. All staff was friendly, room clean, great warm atmosphere in the hotel. The friendliness and flexibility were outstanding and deserve a high recommendation with a 5 star review.

- [ ] Delightful young man (Oussama) at reception, so helpful with options on places to go, where to eat, how best to get there. - [ ] Room is modern and roomy - [ ] Big +++ for us is the tea making facilities. (That same helpful young man Oussama gave us fresh milk). - [ ] Parking on site - [ ] Easy to find off the freeway - [ ] Hotel has arrangement with taxi company so you can get cheap trips downtown . - [ ] AC in our room didn’t appear to be working. Fortunately it wasn’t a hot evening and we were able to open the window. Reception said they weren’t able to adjust it, apparently temperature is set by their head office. Okay at this time of year but pleased we were not here in the summer.

Very pleased with our stay here,on arrival reception staff was very friendly and so helpful. The rooms were very spacious and bathroom so lovely,hotel is only 10 minutes drive from city centre! We hired a car whilst on our visit and the hotel have free parking too which was a massive bonus so very happy with that. Also the breakfast was really good,plenty of choice for everyone
