Hotels in Tianmu Lake Scenic Area, Liyang

I arrived very early and left a lot of luggage at the front desk. I got tickets to Nanshan Bamboo Sea and went to play for a day. When I came back in the evening, the housekeeper said that she had helped transport the luggage to the room and there was a shuttle bus available. It’s super convenient to get in and out, so you don’t have to worry about living too close to the inside~ In the evening, I received a set meal coupon to eat Tianmu Lake fish head soup. It is a five-minute walk from another hotel restaurant in the chain. The set meal also comes with vegetables, fruits and rice. The three of us also ordered Yanhuihui roasted tofu. Originally, I wanted to order some food, but the waitress said no, I couldn’t eat it. As expected, my belly exploded_(:з」∠)_ The room is also great. The small terrace is especially suitable for taking pictures. We thought that the room by the lake would be cold. It turns out that we thought too much. The floor heating and air conditioning are super warm, and we need to lower the temperature~ The breakfast is delicious and has a lot of choices. The welcome fruits and snacks are also plentiful. The guy at the hotel coffee bar at the door makes a milky latte, so you don’t have to worry about not having delicious ones around~ The ladies at the front desk, the little brothers and the housekeepers are all very attentive and enthusiastic, and they always respond to every request~

The environment is really nice, and the service is also very good. After playing for a day and soaking in the big bathtub at night, the fatigue of the day is much less. The online ordering is very cost-effective

Newly opened hotel, the decoration taste is a bit big. It was uncomfortable to fall asleep at night, so I finally opened the door to breathe. Some of the trails along the lake are newly built, and some are old. The surface tiles are worn and mottled, which doesn't look harmonious. The newly renovated hotel socket is a bit loose. The scenery is very good, facing the lake. Very close to the landscape garden. Opposite is Tianmu Hotel, which eats fish heads. Breakfast is not self-service, and the breakfast in Jiugongge is very rich. The large intestine noodles are delicious. The beds are relatively comfortable. Bedding is also ok. If you want to try something new with your baby, it is recommended to stay. In addition, the elf parent-child room is suitable for two or less people, and it may be a bit crowded for four adults.

This trip to Tianmu Lake was great. The hotel arranged for a butler to meet us before we set off and sent us the hotel location. The butler Xiao Chen was very considerate and enthusiastic. He was also able to help us upgrade the suite on weekends. It was also very close to Tianmu Lake, just a 5-minute walk away. If the Water World opens, we will stay there again. I will still find the butler Xiao Chen.

Communicate with the store before departure, and the store is very patient to answer. On the day of check-in, the store also called to confirm the check-in time. After check-in, the housekeeper provided us with a lot of convenience. There are alpacas, cat coffee, horse clubs next to the homestay. There is no cat, but the horse is free. There is also a small children's playground for children to play. Knowing that we are going to Banshan Hot Spring in the afternoon, we also booked a shuttle bus for us and liked it. The sanitary conditions in the room are very good and the beds are very warm. The homestay is not far from scenic spots such as Shanshuiyuan and is worth recommending. The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

There are few types of early dining, which are very average and need to be improved. The swimming pool and gym are outsourced, not very clean, and there are mosquitoes. The swimming pool is full of children's training before 1 o'clock, and hotel guests can't go in, which doesn't feel good. The hotel room is very large, and the attitude of the waiters is okay.

When I checked in, the front desk was very enthusiastic and attentive. I took the initiative to inform the wireless password and breakfast time information. I introduced the use of the direct drinking machine. If I can't let the room staff go to the live demonstration, hahaha, very patient, enter the room. The overall layout is simple and atmospheric, bright and simple. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and it is also equipped with a makeup mirror. I like it. It is also very close to the Tianmu Lake scenic spot. It takes a few minutes to drive. I will recommend it to people around me.

The hotel is very nice and it's like a unique experience. We stayed in the family themed room. My booking had the hotspring and welcoming fruit included. The place is huge as a resort with different restaurants, hot spring, and many activities. There are other hotels but I believe this one is the best among them. Coco from the reception speaks perfect English and guided us to the room. Kevin is also very helpful he took me to the Japanese restaurant to check the menu, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Honestly great service.

The hotel is located in a landscape garden with unparalleled views of the lake. I was attracted by the scenery at the first sight after entering. The lake view in the afternoon and dusk. When I took my kids out to play, it was very close to the water world. I could change into my swimsuit at the hotel and go directly. It was so convenient. I went there two days in a row and my kids were very happy. You need to go to Yutianmu Lake Hotel for breakfast. You need to be picked up and dropped off by the front desk. The breakfast is acceptable. The only thing is that you need a shuttle bus every time you go in and out, which is a bit inconvenient.
