11點就開始砰砰敲門好，叫退房，態度語氣極差，隔一會敲一次，最後受不了了牙也沒刷，臉也沒洗就走了，出來跟她理論，不是12點退房嗎，她居然説你們早點入住好了呀！奇葩，而且兩個人入住中途離開，老闆還能隨意進入客人房間，兩個人入住洗漱用品衹有一份。
