Aifeel Hotel

I didn't live in the hotel, the front desk was in another building, and I had to swipe my card to go up the elevator. Either my family had to be picked up when they went downstairs, or someone was left in the room and there was no electricity. These are not a big deal and can be understood. However, it was clearly written in the laundry room that they could dry the clothes and send them to the room, but the front desk kept making excuses, saying that they only provided laundry, as shown in the picture below, which is false advertising. Also, there was a very strong odor as soon as I entered the door of the building I lived in, like the smell of dead rats. When I checked in, they boasted that there were many breakfast varieties, but in fact there were very few, because the bag for carrying things was broken. When I checked out in the morning, the front desk might not have woken up, and I couldn't get a plastic bag even if I asked for it. The service quality really needs to be improved.

Poor hygiene! When I asked to change rooms, there was a waiter at the front desk who was very arrogant and very reluctant. I will not stay again in the future.
