民宿地理位置好，開車五分鐘左右就能到南山竹海，500米內餐館很多。房間乾淨整潔，老闆娘服務周到，很能幹。早餐也豐盛。👍

房間衞生打掃的很細緻，很乾凈，這是我住外面的民宿最看重的一點，老闆娘人特別熱情，早飯種類也很豐富，民宿到景區很近，步行就能到達，體驗感很好，玩的很開心，出行住宿看中服務和衞生的，推薦這家民宿，有家的感覺！

臨近南山竹海的李家園路上，這條街上都是民宿，這家算是比較普通，主要是我們有三個人，不想有人拼床睡，這家有個三床房。房間乾淨也還寬敞，老闆也熱情，還問了早餐想吃什麼，熱水充足，算是經濟實惠型的吧。就是房間大用的是櫃機，剛開的時候有點聲音響，床墊略硬了點，畢竟這個價格也不能去跟酒店比，早餐也是農家普通的，稀飯饅頭雞蛋，炒山筍鮮嫩，黃瓜也拌的清爽好吃。吃飽了走到景區也就10分鐘，臨走老闆娘還給了好幾個自家樹上的柿子，超甜。
