老闆有個很漂亮的院子，服務很好，早飯也很好吃，房間設備洗漱用品都用的是好的，不比大酒店的差，還免費我們去體驗了挖筍，讓我們帶走了5斤，離南山竹海和御水温泉都不遠，過來玩非常推薦入住👍

[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]很近，近很重要，我們單程的時候超多人，8點30開始，可以多睡一會，林微衹有4到5分分鐘開車就到了
[房屋設施我一定要提]相比酒店真的一點也不差，都是打牌設備，浴缸都是TOTO的，也是智能馬桶，每個細節都很到位，不需要準備泡澡一次次袋，都有，

[對於房東，我想説]房東是小姐姐，很好，平時很忙，我們是網上來的客户，晚上住宿了一晚，叔叔阿姨辦理入住，等了我們到9點多，很熱情，一過來提前開了空調，準備了水果招待，晚上換洗的衣服，也幫我們拿到了院裏麪曬，本來已經覺得很棒了，第二天一早，房東叔叔去親手採摘了新鮮李子，很大，口感很好，市面上買不到的，夏天來推薦，一定嚐嚐，房東阿姨是廚藝很棒，早餐產品不多，但很豐富，小菜超級美味，單吃菜都不鹹，
[民宿給我的小驚喜]很多很多的小細節做的很到位，孩子也準備了進口牛奶，院裏面有鞦韆氛圍感很好，總之，從住宿到就餐，到服務，我們一家人都是非常滿意的，推薦。比景區酒店好，我是這麼認為的，不過我是夏天去的，很多人可能要泡温泉，房東説到了冬天他們那邊也是有的，期待一下，很多很多要説的，一直到回來才忙着評價，人好，服務號，產品也好，據房東説還在升級，因為隔壁附近都在學習做這快了，但他家評價一直很高，我一開始也是看評價了，體驗了，才知道真的是發自內心的好評

第一次來溧陽和媽媽來小度假一下，選了這家民宿我媽直誇我選的好🥹之前都不愛寫評價的我這次得狠狠誇一下！
之前住過那麼多地方4.9/5.0的評分都比實際差大半截，所以來之前還抱有疑慮，結果當天大下午到了民宿的環境首先就特別超乎我預期！和平台上的照片一模一樣，設計和裝修都特別精緻很細節，床件和洗護都有“陋室”的標誌，裝修也是很統一的簡約中式雅緻風。到處都乾乾淨淨，還香香的，處處都讓人感覺到有很認真地在打點這個民宿。我們週中來的（很推薦）衹有兩户，住二樓有4間房間，3樓還有一間大大房，晚上特別安靜住着很舒服！適合想要遠離市區吵鬧，在山林裏愜意享受
叔叔阿姨人特別特別好，我們沒有開車來，這裏離景點有一點小小距離，雖然去南山竹海可以打車但是當天一早叔叔還是送了我們去的！樓下一個小超市也是叔叔阿姨自己家的，阿姨自己做的醃菜小菜早餐都特別好吃！還給我們送桃子李子吃（桃子又甜又大太好吃了第一次吃這麼好吃的桃子！）要啥有啥，缺什麼都可以給阿姨叔叔説，一應俱全的服務特別周到熱情😭一點都不“陋”！真的第一次住到這麼好的民宿，即使很多人可能就衹會來這裏這麼一趟，阿姨叔叔也完全不做一次性生意，真的很推薦，希望大家都能來照顧叔叔阿姨的生意！

房間特別好，有個很大的榻榻米，我們三大一小入住很寬敞，還有小童洗漱用品，叔叔和阿姨人很熱情，看我們帶娃不方便給我們提前定了晚餐，自家的菜園和果園也讓我們去採摘，娃很開心，我們第二天去玩水阿姨還把衞生間留給我們用，還幫我們熱菜，也耽誤了她下班，真的不好意思，民宿旁邊也有很多玩，有個一線天乾隆談，順山而下是小溪，撈到了點蝦和小魚，竹海也不遠，還有個玩越野車滑翔傘的地方，兩天一夜不錯的

1.位置：在南山竹海景區附近，離得不遠，兩公里多點，開車過去幾分鐘就到，位置還是不錯。樓下就是一號彩虹公路。如果想更便捷一些，也可以住景區裏，也有不少民宿
2.服務：可以説，服務是五星級的。房東一家五口，有個小女孩子很天真可愛。基本做到了有求必應，我們沒開車，第二天去南山竹海景區，是老闆開車送過去的，娃想晚上喝鮮牛奶，老闆把她女兒自己喝的倒了一些給我們，想去景區立馬提供路線圖和預約二維碼等等
3.房間：我們預訂的是三樓的流水，民宿一共六間房，三樓兩間閣樓，二樓四間普通房間。三樓房間很大，帶露天大浴缸，露台。但有些地方需要彎腰。房間還提供了觀星望遠鏡，可惜我們不會用，老闆也不會，浪費了。裏面還是比較乾淨，唯一不足就是我們那間正對着馬路，車子經過不夠隔音，所以晚上沒睡好，另一間閣樓對着後山，就好很多。露台上的大浴缸也很好玩，我們在裏面泡了個湯，據説和御水温泉是同一個水源，他們村叫沸水塘就是因為水源是温泉為主。
4.餐飲：民宿提供早餐，品種還比較多，在廚房裡自助。都是家常菜式：麪條，包子，餃子，各種蒸的粗糧，牛奶豆漿都有。其他兩頓需要自己覓食，不過一兩百米處就有四家飯店，走過去兩三分鐘就到。
5.國慶期間價格略貴，一千多一晚感到心疼，是平時的三倍多，但周圍其他酒店也一樣，所以也沒辦法。
整體來説，如果用國慶價格評判肯定是性價比不高的，但如果平時入住的話，我願意大力推薦。房東説節後還要改造三樓的兩個閣樓，以後可以隨便在裏面站立，不用彎腰。
