When I first arrived at the hotel, I felt that the hotel staff were very enthusiastic. Wan Junlan, the lobby manager, and Xiaoxue at the front desk arranged the check-in enthusiastically and meticulously. When you get to the room, the facilities are advanced, and you can use face recognition to enter and exit the room, so you don't have to worry about forgetting your key card. Service staff Wang Fei and Sun Deshu not only brought welcome fruit plates and desserts, but also carefully introduced the surrounding conditions, and the hygiene work was also meticulous. At breakfast the next day, Xiao He, the service staff of the Chinese food department in the breakfast room, was busy and helped to serve coffee and desserts. He was warm and thoughtful. The restaurant has a complete range of items, especially the special noodles and large intestine noodles, which are not available in other hotels. They are clean and delicious. When I went out to pick up the car, I found that the car had been carefully washed. Looking at the love card next to the car, it turned out that the security guard Wang Hongfu had already washed it. This stay made us all feel at home, and we will stay at Jinfeng Hotel next time.

It is an older five-star hotel in Liyang, and the facilities should have been upgraded. The room smart system is quite amazing. Perhaps in order to gain market share among the newly opened hotels, the hotel has made its services more welcoming. We arrived late that day, and room service aunt Yu Jianying enthusiastically brought snacks and children's toiletries. Generally speaking, although the hotel is older, its service exceeds that of many newly opened hotels.

本次公司年會選擇金峯國際，住宿體驗不錯，還送了一份雙人下午茶，入住之後就有服務員張英送來酸奶和水果，還有茶水，早餐體驗也不錯，餐廳寬敞明亮，杜姐服務很到位，最讓我驚喜的是離開後車子也清洗過了，保安部經理幫忙把行李放車上，等等感覺達到了五星級標準。

1、位置:在溧陽汽車客運總站對面，離溧陽站三公里，地理位置優越。 2.設施:愛馬仕裝修風格，全智能小度語音操控。浴缸還帶小電視，有一次性浴缸套贈送，衞生乾淨。水果贈送，還有小甜品。床墊軟硬適中，床品舒適。 3.衞生:乾淨整潔，地毯沒有污漬斑斑，桌面也搽試的很乾凈，沒有灰塵。 4.服務:感謝前台小於幫我升級了房型。總體滿意。 最後，兩點建議: 1.下午茶券沒有用，使用時間不合理，建議酒店按照國際慣例可以考慮延長至18:00。我是下午四點辦理入住，次日十點退房，所以，表面是送了券事實沒有享用到。既然是想提升客户體驗，那就要讓大多數可以體驗到，不然反而讓客户有心理落差，還不如不給。 2.我的房費是包含兩份早餐的，我一個人，因為要坐長途高鐵，本想另一份打包帶路上做中餐使用，但酒店不允許，這點不合理，希望酒店能考慮改進，房費本身包含兩份早餐，就等於住客是付了錢的。 基於上述兩點，所以服務分我衹給了4分。希望努力，加油！

房間很乾凈，空氣很好，居住舒適，體驗感好，早餐豐富下午茶也好，前台小任和大堂小雪服務熱情，保安王亞偉給免費洗車，把車擦的乾乾淨淨，早餐杜惠芳服務也很好，每次都給拿寶寶椅和口水巾，金峯國際的工作人員每位都很温柔熱情，每次去溧陽都帶孩子家人朋友住金峯，已經住習慣了

設施：很新 衞生：乾淨整潔 環境：一流 服務：智能化。自帶智能化的特色服務，朋友住了，非常滿意。還有入住水果，考慮的很周全。值得推薦
