Overall the stay wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t great. I just wanted to say that the staff are amazing, super helpful and assisted when they could but I did have to ask for help often. The pool is basically still water as it doesn’t have a filter , so there was algae in it, which isn’t great.. the bath was broken but they said people don’t use them, my friend and I wanted to use it as that’s why we booked this hotel so we ended up fixing it ourselves. Lunch and dinner options were limited and they don’t really have a cook most the time. You call get a didi to the hotel but you they won’t pick you up there unless you prebook, the hotel can give you a contact for a driver and he’s amazing and willing to work for a full day with out worry, his prices are low and he even spoke to people when we needed tickets to attractions so we didn’t have to use a translator app. Overall the stay was lovely, but it’s not ideal if you want to travel around.

Since I was traveling in the off-season, there were not many people around, so I was directly upgraded to a panoramic suite. The room was very expensive and spacious.
Since the hotel is located in the mountains, the surrounding environment is very quiet and the air is very good.

I must definitely write this good review! I am so satisfied! Although it was a typhoon for two days, we had very wonderful experiences and memories. We are traveling by car with our puppy. The hotel is located on the mountain, so it is more convenient to drive by car. The room is very spacious and comfortable, especially the view outside the window is great! The puppy also said it was great! The rice cooked by aunt is also delicious. Before leaving, I was given a bucket of wild chestnuts. We also picked up two chestnuts that had been photographed by the wind and rain on the road and went back to play with them. Will definitely come again if I have the chance
