房間大，設施有點陳舊，但是這個賓館有個後花園，很大，有釣魚 灶台，亭子間可以喝茶打牌。感覺老闆在增加一下設施，親子游。生意會更好。性價比高

優點是房間大，安靜。就是想吃好一點的早餐才沒定民宿，結果連民宿的早餐都不如，開餐15分鐘到餐廳，大部分菜都沒了也不補，小包子梆硬，雞蛋沒有，喝粥的鹹菜都沒了，無語！吃了自己帶的飯糰才去的景區

裏南山竹海還是比較近，10分鐘不到車程。就是酒店有點老，裏面設施比較陳舊，樓上樓下隔音效果不好，不過一分價錢一分貨，特別是節假日旅遊高峯期，能訂到就好。

除了早餐，其他都挺好，但300多塊錢的房費，在御水温泉附近已經是性價比非常不錯了。
