This is my 2nd stay at the hotel. The hotel is very popular with corporate and school events. Room given has problem with the socket points the 2nd night of staying. Reception offered to change room but we decided to just let them help with charging our phones. Breakfast spread is quite limited.

People smoked everywhere even in the hallway ! Can smell the smoke when sleeping at night the rooms also smell of cigarettes

房間很乾凈，價格也實惠，離萬達也很近，就是前台服務很差，冷漠，情願和旁邊的工作人員侃大山聊天，也不會和你多説一句多餘的話，有什麼事都是你要上前問了才會回答你，不會主動告知，臉也是後媽臉，不過能“理解”，畢竟我們這個價位在那邊，也不指望他們能對你笑臉相迎。還有洗澡水，水流實在太小了，建議長頭髮的美眉就忍忍，洗頭就將就一下，不要洗了，洗個澡把泡沫洗掉也要一點時間！房間衞生我可以給8.5分，服務態度1分都不想給

服務一般般，特別是早飯去的早問有沒有麪條餛飩，一個男服務員像欠他800W的説，要7點後，語氣超級差，讓人感覺是我不應該問。然後看了下表，7點03分。真的大無語。房間的櫃子邊上有防撞角貼着，但是明顯掉下來過然後安裝上去的，裏面粘了幾根頭髮，有點噁心。

設施狀況很新，衞生情況不錯，早飯選擇也可以。前台小姐姐很熱情，在得知我有ihg白金卡後幫我連升了兩級。住得很愉快。萬達廣場、溧陽博物館、燕湖公園就在不遠處，吃飯娛樂都有選擇。

沒有浴袍，不可以熨衣服，電視不能投屏，沒保險櫃，沒冰箱，衞生一般，配套設施差，根本就不值這個價格459元，早飯才叫一個糟糕，還不如一百多的快捷酒店早餐，簡直就是一個敷衍了事，早餐也就值7-8塊錢吧。不能再多了（幸虧沒在前台直接定，不然吐槽的機會都沒）

高鐵晚點到溧陽一路疲憊已經很晚了，可是前台cathy耐心熱情，幫我升級房間手機關機沒有電，還幫我點了外賣真的非常感謝，退房的wendy姜也送了飲料，感謝

臨時定的酒店，沒有想到這麼滿意，早餐好吃服務好，決定再住一晚，尤其是前台joy服務貼心，門口就是核酸檢測點，十分方便，進出都會打招呼笑容親切退房時候wendy提醒發票問題，否則忘了

來看南山竹海，一連住了兩天，酒店位於溧陽中心區域，離萬達廣場不遠，吃喝外賣都方便。有地面和地下停車場，停車位超多，適合自駕。房間乾淨整潔，裝修也是新的。早餐品種豐富，而且味道也可以。除了感覺房間面積偏小外，其他都還好。
