The room smelled of formaldehyde from the new renovation. The TV had no signal and the electric curtains were broken. We asked the staff to come and fix it. They said that the room had indeed just been renovated. I questioned why they would let customers stay in this room? He said righteously that several groups of customers had stayed here before. When taking a shower, the shower head and the overhead shower head can only be used together and cannot be separated. It is very inconvenient. Halfway through the shower, the shower head switch exploded! The bathroom also smells like cement! The details of the room are very poor, it feels like it was rushed for the holidays! The hotel's laundry room was also very unhygienic. The overall experience was very bad and I won't come again.

She said she was a part-time worker. How could she be so unprofessional? It's a four or five star hotel, but they actually hired a part-time worker. 5.
