I booked in a hurry in the afternoon, and there were not many houses left, so I booked a suite with a view. The room is very big and clean, but our suite-type shower room is not very convenient. There is no place to put clothes. It was very late at that time and did not change rooms. The breakfast needs to be improved. It did not meet expectations. Others were satisfied.

我提前在攜程預訂了就近的酒店。本是開心開玩的，辦理入住後心態崩了😩。從衞生和服務上給友友們分享下：
差評 差評 差評 體驗感極差🙀🙀🙀
1.房間衞生差：房間內床頭兩側上方各有不等的蜘蛛網，其中一側還有一衹大🕷️蜘蛛，頭皮發麻;另一側屋角也是蜘蛛網。（有圖有真相）
2.設施故障：打開空調後發出間隔的響聲，聲音很大。
3.服務差：房間出現蜘蛛這個事情後，及時跟前台反映，打掃衞生的阿姨來了衹道歉，並説打掃下可以住😪。心裏陰影果斷拒絕後，前台幫調整另一間，房間比我預訂的要小很多，另像火柴都是有用過的痕跡。通過去前台溝通，經理及前台得態度都是冷冷的，並沒有向客人道歉反而解釋一番歸咎酒店太忙，難免有失誤😅（絕了），房間也調整了等叭叭叭。態度極其惡劣，溝通無果。
最後：有圖有真相，衹希望後來者不要遇到這種影響心情的人和事。🙏
