This is one of the best vacations I have ever been on. The hotel location is beautiful, if you are a nature lover then this is a place to visit. There is a lot of fun things to do within the area. There are hot springs, boat riding, quad biking, zip lining and children’s play areas just to name a few. A lot of these activities are within walking distance from the hotel and if you’re not a fan of walking, the hotel provides free transportation to all the surrounding sites and amenities. The room was spacious and the staff cleaned the room thoroughly every morning. The views from our room were stunning and the service was flawless. My family and I will definitely be returning and we’ll be recommending it to everyone. 👍🏾🥰

It was a very good experience. After taking the children rafting, I chose to stay at the Marriott Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was rich in variety. There was also a gym and swimming pool. The front desk staff was very warm and friendly. I will come again next time I have the chance

Many single-family villas or duplex villas are built between a valley. The distance between the rooms is also relatively large, and each room is like an embellishment of the bamboo forest in the mountains. The swimming pool in the activity center is in the best position in the entire valley. If you come in summer, you can see the most beautiful scenery when you look up while swimming by the infinity pool. After leaving the hotel, Yushui Hot Spring and Nanshan Bamboo Sea are within walking distance. So it feels that although I live in a scenic area, there is no noise in the scenic area at all. Service: The housekeeper Wang Tianle contacted me the day before. During the stay, he kept caring and reminding us of various precautions, and was very dedicated. Although it takes a car to go to and from the restaurant, the speed is very fast. The car is often waiting directly outside the room, and there is no need to wait at all. And everyone's service is very good, and it feels very warm. I asked for water, and the aunt directly brought us a few huge bottles of water, which is quite practical. Dining: Because I stayed for two nights, the hotel sent two meals, both in Zhuxuan. The waitress Li Wen was warm and thoughtful. She helped us replace the fish we didn't want to eat in the set meal, and gave the little kid a red panda and drinks. We have almost eaten all the three black and three white in Liyang. If you don't want to eat in the hotel, there are many farm dishes outside. The overall meal is quite rich. Facilities: I experienced the private soup in the room. The aunt helped us put the Chinese medicine bag and the duck, but the water was really hot and needed a lot of cold water. We also need to take an outdoor vertical elevator to go up the mountain in our room. Although the elevator is not long, it is more interesting. The children's playground is not big, but it is no problem for children to play in it for an hour.

The bed is very comfortable. I used to stay here often during business trips and holidays.

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

There are few types of early dining, which are very average and need to be improved. The swimming pool and gym are outsourced, not very clean, and there are mosquitoes. The swimming pool is full of children's training before 1 o'clock, and hotel guests can't go in, which doesn't feel good. The hotel room is very large, and the attitude of the waiters is okay.

Second time to stay here. Booked a double room with bathtub on balcony to enjoy hot spring in room. Hotel also has in-house a hot spring pool that you can use for a small fee. If you wise to splurge a little, suites with private courtyard and private onsen are available. Location wise, it is very near the Nanshan Zhuhai Park where you can see a pair of pandas. Service was impeccable. The butler Dai Dai even sent me some mulberries that she plucked earlier in the day, using a cute robot server. With the stay you get a RMB100 discount if you dine in and order their specialty, fish head in casserole. Strongly recommend for visitors to Liyang.

The hotel is located near the night market. There are many supermarkets with fruit barbecues. The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the Nanshan Bamboo Sea Scenic Area. The lady boss was beautiful and enthusiastic. She helped us locate the route in advance. When we arrived, she enthusiastically took us to the room and turned on the air conditioner. The food at her restaurant is also very delicious. It has food and accommodation all in one. I highly recommend everyone to stay there.

Yangxin Valley is great👍Before check-in, the housekeeper will add WeChat in advance to inform relevant matters. Gan Ting contacted us the day before check-in to ask about the approximate time of arrival. The most surprising thing is that not only can we check in after 10:00 on the same day, but we were also helped to upgrade to a one-bedroom villa with two floors, a spa bed and a steam room. In the resort, if you want to go anywhere, just contact Gan Ting, and the shuttle bus will be sent immediately, which is very convenient, especially Manager Luo Deng has a strong sense of service, and must be praised👍A strong general has no weak soldiers.
