"You are the best hotel and resort area I have ever traveled to. You must stay in this hotel at the Great Falls. Yes, you can enter for free and unlimited times. The Falls Park is free and visa-free. You can travel to Zimbabwe for free. It is very convenient to see the moon rainbow and the double rainbow. , The room is large and comfortable, with aboriginal style"

"The hotel provides considerate service from check-in to check-out, and the front desk is warm and professional, which makes you feel like you are in the spring breeze. The guest rooms are stylishly designed, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a panoramic view of the city night view. The bedding is selected from top brands, and you can fall into a cloud-like sleeping experience. The gym is equipped with Technogym equipment, and the water quality of the heated swimming pool is comparable to that of a private club. Chinese and Western breakfasts are cooked to order, and the Benedict eggs are a must. The cleaning lady even arranges the cosmetics in an artistic shape, which satisfies detail lovers!"
"Excellent riverside room and a wonderful resort overall. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. The gardens and surroundings in the resort are well maintained. The swimming pool is a great place to relax on a sunny afternoon, the restaurant and bar has excellent food refreshing drinks. It gets quite busy on the weekend and with big groups, but you can see why once you experience the facilities.
Apart from the resort it's also home to safpar, they have many different options for travel along the zambezi and falls. We chose the river float, game drive and sunset cruise combo (Around $180) and it was totally worth it!
Will definitely stop by again next time I'm in town."
"A few days before Christmas, I stayed here with my husband for two nights. The environment is first-rate, and the service is generally worse than Southeast Asia and slightly worse than the equivalent hotels in African countries. When I left the house in the morning, a cleaning sign was hung up. I returned to the house more than three in the afternoon and did n’t clean it. I did n’t clean it until I went back at night. Breakfast was okay, the British and American breakfasts were similar. It was ok, but there was no freshly squeezed juice, and the beverage felt like concentrated juice and water. Turned up turn-down service at night, and a small snack was good. The environment is particularly good. There are monkeys in the yard. They are not as fierce as those in China. They are not strong and do not actively attack people. The perimeter of the hotel is the safari park. After eating Chinese food with my husband for the first night, I went back to the hotel and saw a wild boar about 30 meters away from the hotel entrance. The big window facing the river in the room facing the river is very quiet. It is very comfortable to open the window in the morning and watch the river view lying on the bed. The quilt is a duvet, but the sheet cover is not soft and comfortable enough, which may be a common problem in African countries. Overall it is worth living."
"Great place, very friendly staff, breakfast was just scrumptious. From the downsides is the lack of TV and some amenities, such as toothbrush, hair dryer or a rubbish bin. Besides the minor inconveniences I’d recommend the place!"
"Located next to the Zambezi River, it is easy to find and the location is good, but there is a river island in front of the lodge, and the view is slightly obstructed. Dinner is okay, normal western food, but you can hear the roar of a lion on the other side of the river in Zimba, haha. The price is not cheap."
"Very nice lodge. In the Mosotonia National Park by the river, there are occasional elephants looking for food in the evening. There are many monkeys in the courtyard, which is a good place to get close to nature."
"The property is cute and has a wonderful and clean pool with lots of seating choices. Breakfast is great. The staff are all very kind and always ask if you need anything. Rooms a good and very clean. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the main street which can be exhausting when it’s 30c+ outside but otherwise in, what looks like, a good neighbourhood. Would recommend."

SStuartI can't praise Sindabezi enough, and I don't see how anywhere else in Vic Falls can possibly be better. Gorgeous location on an island, surrounded by the mighty Zambesi river, from where we spotted hippos, elephants, giraffe, waterbuck, impala and a host of fascinating birdlife without leaving the deck! The service, the food and beverages, accommodation are all excellent. The staff are a special highlight - you are appointed a valet for the duration of your stay and a guide for your activities. Both were brilliant and quickly became trusted friends. The resort manager was highly attentive, competent, and caring. If you're going in winter, bring a warm layer for the early mornings and sitting around the camp fire in the evenings, but don't worry about getting cold in the open-setting chalets at night as you'll be well wrapped up in thick duvets including hot water bottles! The days are warm-to-hot and t-shirts are fine. The activities are fantastic - I suggest doing at least one a day. We started with a sunrise boat trip on the first day, toured the Vic Falls next day, and ended our trip with a safari game drive where a family of elephants came right up to our vehicle. The tour of the local village was a highlight.
GGuest UserMy wife and I stayed at the hotel and loved every second of our stay. The hotel is ideally situated for the Victoria Falls and is situated within the national park so you see giraffes, impala’s, monkeys and zebra’s around the grounds.
The staff are very attentive, our butler Kennedy was always on hand to assist us. Other members of staff such as Chola, Dorothy and Lupendo made our stay memorable and pleasant and we can’t wait to return for our next visit.
CChihena BandaExcellent hotel with great service. The hotel has a modern luxurious touch, lovely views of the zambezi river and the staff are friendly. Hard to find fault with this hotel, the outdoor poolside patio had some mosquitoes during the late night. Definitely the best place to stay in Livingstone
GGuest UserAn absolute gem! The owner, Chantal, is very involved in overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and it shows. They were extremely accommodating - we had an outdoor camper trailer which they allowed us to park and connect to electricity. All the staff are super friendly and polite. The rooms are tastefully decorated/designed and the bed was vey comfy. Beautiful outdoor pool and bar. Can’t recommend highly enough!!
Only 2 suggestions for improvement:
1) A signpost is desperately needed on the main road and T-junction to show where the place is.
2) Put a hairdryer in the room.
GGuest UserVery cost-effective, with a bar for ordering food and a kitchen where you can cook. There is a supermarket within a five-minute walk, and there are many good restaurants within ten minutes. The post office is nearby, which is very convenient for sending postcards. There are also several nearby places where you want to exchange local currency, which you can compare. Music will be played at night, but the volume and time will be controlled. If you need to rest during a long trip, this hotel is a good choice.
KKANGThe service was good, the staff were friendly and the kitchen allowed me to boil ramen. The facilities inside were clean. Free breakfast was also good. It was nice to have a SPAR at a 7 minute walk. If you have a big baggage, there is a street to go to the bus terminal.
GGuest UserHello, we have too many problems at the Oriental Swan Hotel, so we complain: 1) The hotel is too old. The air conditioning and cooling are almost not working. There are other guests complaining that the air conditioner is too loud on the same day; 2) The WiFi is too bad. Later, the boss gave us a private Wi-Fi because it was far away. There is no way to use Wi-Fi at all; 3) They don't have a backup power supply, the power went out in the middle of the night until the next morning, we smeared the bathroom and took a bath; 4) There is no hot water, the water is too cold, and the family has a cold; 5) There are no disposable slippers, and the slippers are very dirty for a long time. This hotel is too bad
