My wife and I stayed at the hotel and loved every second of our stay. The hotel is ideally situated for the Victoria Falls and is situated within the national park so you see giraffes, impala’s, monkeys and zebra’s around the grounds.
The staff are very attentive, our butler Kennedy was always on hand to assist us. Other members of staff such as Chola, Dorothy and Lupendo made our stay memorable and pleasant and we can’t wait to return for our next visit.

Overall ambience was amazing as the location is unbeatable. Only negative was that the pool was a bit cloudy but the stuff such as Blessing (who was amazing and very proactive in helping us, she made our stay), Edward (who checked in on us regularly and made us feel looked after) and Betty our butler (who was outstanding and ensured we had everything we needed). Rooms are being renovated but the old style is lovely and charming. Animals onsite are a particular treat.

What is the excellent place to relax after busy days of safari in Botswana! Used to stay in Junior Suite - very good size, amazing view over the park and river, comfortable bed and attentive room service. Rather professional therapists in the Spa making good relaxing massages. Needless to say that presence of the girafes, zebras, impalas and monkeys in the hotel’s territory is something special! I would like to say big thanks to the restaurant and guest relationship managers for their attentive and professional approach. Well done ! Pleased to recommend Royal Livingstone Hotel to everybody who are coming to the Zambia to relax and see Victoria falls.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The grounds are beautiful with a beautiful view of the Zambezi river and the spray of the Falls, and wild animals roaming around. All our needs were attended to. The heated pool was a nice touch. Our only issue was with the lack of variety of food options for lunch and dinner as found ourselves ordering the same meals over and over again, although breakfast was great! Overall, a wonderful stay!

The Royal Livingstone is a unique experience. If money is not an issue for you—it's a must-stay. We were treated like royalty. All the activities are close by and the hotel goes out of its way to make sure every thing you do requires zero work and confirmation on your part. Truly the best hospitality I've ever experienced.
