There are two hotels with the same name and address, so it is difficult for the customer to know that he is going to the right place. At least I went to the wrong place late at night, from which it was difficult to get a taxi to another place. Neither of them knew anything about the reservation when I arrived. No digital systems are used, just paper and pen. In the end I got a room which was very basic. The air conditioning worked yes and the TV, without a remote control. There was warm water in the shower. The bed was good, too small mosquito net around the bed. Noisy place. There was noise outside every night and people were walking in the corridor all night long. Everything could be heard inside, the doors creaked. Breakfast was very simple, always the same. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant's food is average. The laundry service played. I got the impression that people came there to have fun and party, which is not always to the liking of all customers. Was close to town and easy to walk. Near the falls by car. Covid testing site also nearby.
