Excellent hotel with great service. The hotel has a modern luxurious touch, lovely views of the zambezi river and the staff are friendly. Hard to find fault with this hotel, the outdoor poolside patio had some mosquitoes during the late night. Definitely the best place to stay in Livingstone

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, the staff were great, the spa and the CBD massage was sensational. The boat cruise and the magestic views were amazing.

We were here for 2,5 weeks for our honeymoon. The resort was the perfect choice! We had everything we could have asked for - everything was really clean, the staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible, there are great food options for everyone (the kitchen chef even made us vegan burgers after we asked), there are many activities you can do there a well (minigolf, tennis, gym, yoga, massages, boat cruise,...) if you don't want to leave the hotel every day, they regularly ask for feedback and react to it right away the next day, and more.. we do not have any negative things to say about our stay except that we are sad that it is ending now!

We love this property because of the amazing team that works on this property,
Our favorite is Tony F&B manager, he goes the extra mile for all of the guest. The food is fresh and great.
We like the customer service of Simon and Samuel in guest services.
All of the amenities on the property are amazing!

Pretty, comfy but overpriced
Beautiful property, great breakfast and food overall, priceworthy cruise for 50$ p p, lovely viewing deck and pool, basic room, severely overpriced for what it offers
