Excellent hotel with great service. The hotel has a modern luxurious touch, lovely views of the zambezi river and the staff are friendly. Hard to find fault with this hotel, the outdoor poolside patio had some mosquitoes during the late night. Definitely the best place to stay in Livingstone

I had an amazing experience at this hotel, the staff were great, the spa and the CBD massage was sensational. The boat cruise and the magestic views were amazing.

The hotel has the most Fluffy pillow ever, clean rooms always, good service, friendly staff eho endeavour to make pur stay comfortable and an amazing breakfast 😋 The kids do not want to stay anywhere else..when they think Livingstone, they think Radisson 😍

The hotel nestled on the Zambezi river is spectacular & surpassed all my expectations from the rooms, views to the beautiful sunset cruise. It’s also perfect for solo travellers as the staff are incredibly welcoming, making the trip feel like home. While the hotel has style, it could improve on its food menu though to feature Zambia and its tasty local dishes.
