I paid for a room, with a king size bed. When I arrived at the hotel, they sold my room to someone else, after I paid for it. I was with my wife, and it was late, and we were very upset. They tried to give me a room with 2 twin beds, and started that, it was the only room they had left. So we were 2 hours away and stuck out.

Everything regarding the property is just fine The staff is nice and polite, and the rooms are extremely clean. My problem is that when you go to check into this hotel they charge you a $25 deposit that they hold on your card and they don't tell you this on the website beforehand however they do release the deposit to you when you check out but it can take a few days to attend your account. I was not at all pleased by an additional $25 charge on check-in after I had gotten such a great deal on this room. If they could please list their deposits or any other service fees that would be great.

The room and facilities were about what I expected in an economy level motel. Staff friendly, the room was clean, everything inside the room worked. Priced at fair value. Wasn't expecting the Hilton. Recommend it if you're on a budget or just cheap like me.

Room was clean, had microwave and fridge, fresh towels and toiletries were provided. Ice machine was close to room and the washer and dryers were helpful when we extended our stay. Front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of convenient stores and places to eat. Even the housekeeping ladies were very friendly and always smiling.

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are super nice, beds are super comfy. Only issue was there wasn’t a plug for the tub to take a bath and remote was missing but they were very prompt about bringing us one. I definitely will be staying here again.
