We got to our room around 9 pm and turned to air down. Around 10 pm we realized the air was not going down. Called the front desk and was told they could not do anything about it. The next morning I talked to the front desk that said they would get back to me. A week later I called back and was told the general manager Charlotte was going to do nothing about it because the person that checked in after me didn’t have the same problem.

Tub was dirty. Had dirt and bugs in it. There was a $100 incidental fee hold placed on my card. Which wasn’t mentioned before and thought this was a little steep. I’ve heard of $25-$50 but never have I paid $100 for an incidental fee

Our stay was amazing, Cindy was so nice checked us in and gave us a warm welcome! Got the exact room we paid for, very spacious and clean . 10/10 will definitely be staying again.

After a long drive in, we were greeted by Juliette. She has a contagious smile and incredible personality even late at night when we checked in. Most hotel employees would be annoyed working the late shift but not her, she kept the conversation going and even shared some laughs. She made the stay worth it! We will definitely be back to stay because of her and contagious smile and personality! Thank you Juliette for making our stay enjoyable!

The room was nice so was the hotel. I only wish I could of watched tv but the tv had a poor connection that every time I was trying to watch a movie or said there as a connection issue so I was sort of left with nothing to do in my room.

We were here just as a couples trip but it wasnt our first visit. We've been here a few times and enjoy every time. The only issue this time was the shower drain kinda backed up when taking a shower but thats it. Would recommend.

Nice stay. Hotel room was clean and bed was comfortable. On the morning of check out I saw what looked like blood stains on the mattress cover due to the fitted sheet coming off. That grossed me out. Bathroom appeared clean. Tub had stains and there was mold around tub. Front desk was very nice.
