This is my second time I stayed and I love the rhythm, vibe and family feel of the hotel. Always made to feel welcome and at home. Maura genuinely cared that I was having a good day EVERY day and I appreciated that. Food is excellent quality and great value for money. Would not stay anywhere else in Livigno - I introduced my daughter and her boyfriend this year and they loved it too.

We had a great week at Hotel Cristallo (two families / four rooms). The rooms are nice and clean and the breakfast is awesome. The wellness area is the best we have tried yet. The staff is also very nice. We departed early in the morning (due to the tunnel opening hours) so they offered to make us lunch packs. We hope to visit Hotel Cristallo again 😊

Great hotel. The owner welcomed us and helped us with everything. Smiling and responsive staff, excellent, delicious food. The rooms are furnished in a typical Alpine style, cleaned every day. There are all the amenities for skiers. We will back again!!!

Recently stayed 1/2 board at this family-run hotel. Plenty of choice for breakfast plus 4 different courses for dinner. Nice gins and wine pairings. Ideal location with bus stop directly outside. I don’t ski but swam 50km at the pool. Will return.

Really excellent service, hygiene at a high level, comfortable room, delicious meals with a lot of dedication to the guest, beautiful and friendly receptionist, excellent location. All recommendations for this hotel, thank you for a wonderful time. I will be back again.

Well run hotel with excellent team (bar, kitchen, breakfast, reception, cleaners...smiles and client focus everywhere!). Good food and wine cellar! Breakfast is not only a good start of the day but also personalised with the option to order free special's in the kitchen. Perfect location, ski bus stops in front of the hotel. The car can safely stay in the handy underground garage (no real need to use the car in Livigno). Livigno is a special place with beautiful mountain scenery, not only nice for skiing but also offering many other activities + typical Valtellina mountain culture and culinary pleasures. Recommended.
